This is a space efficient, stand-alone unit suitable for a maximum of two guests. One well behaved, small dog is welcome with a $100 pet fee. Please contact the owner before booking with a pet. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment. The owner lives next door and is happy to help with activity planning and trip suggestions.

I live in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood about 4 miles west of I 25. Shopping and restaurants are close by and a super Walmart is within a 2-3 minute walk. Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful 30 miles to the west. The Ranch, otherwise known as the Budweiser Event Center, is about 5 miles away. Denver, Boulder, and Cheyenne are all within an hour’s drive. Loveland is known as an artistic community and sculptures abound.

There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a large, private full bath. The Living Room features a fireplace, sofa, sitting chairs,TV, table, and an additional queen size bed. The suite includes a mini kitchen for cooking simple meals and snacks. We live on the main level and will be available if needed.

Studio 812 is a modern studio apartment located within walking distance to downtown Loveland’s shops, restaurants, and galleries. High end finishes, in-unit laundry, fully stocked kitchenette, and a private patio make this the perfect spot to stay for a weekend or longer.
