Our Cottage does not share any space with others. It is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains and town. Only 3 miles to Old Town and 1 mile to the foothills. The location is quiet and peaceful with a country feel yet close to the many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage.

I reside on the premises and you enter through the front door of the house. Just a few steps down to the garden level to a separate, private (locked) space with plenty of natural light and convenient amenities like your own laundry, kitchenette, bathroom, even a cozy gas fireplace in the living area.
