Piccola ma molto confortevole dependance completamente indipendente da poco ristrutturata
“Super host I think is quite limiting for a person like Roby. Professional, helpful, an exceptional person who can do his job very well. The house is just like the photo, a small fairy tale in a village where tranquility and silence reign supreme. An experience that we will surely repeat. It is right to talk about people who really know how to do their job. Don't hesitate, because staying from Roby to villecchia is really good for your heart and mind.”
“Belfortilandia is a real paradise! We spent a few days in absolute beauty. In contact with nature, immersed in silence and greenery, Belfortilandia was, for us and our big cat Ruben, a place that I love to call "one step from heaven" and not all the stars would be enough to define its beauty. Seeing is believing . House renovated with care and passion, wonderful interior and equally beautiful exterior. The photos do not do enough justice to such a beautiful place. And what about reception? Fabulous, warm fireplace, local products ready on the table and exquisite kindness of Maria Cristina and her daughter. We will be back for sure, whenever we have the opportunity. Super recommended. Anna, Giordano and big cat Ruben.”
The Sanctuary, a secluded hillside stone cottage overlooking the Gordana River with views of the Apennine National Park. Surrounded by nature and history this villa feels lost in the country yet only 7 minutes by car to the center of lovely Pontremoli for restaurants, shopping and the train station. Centrally located for day trips to Cinque Terre, Parma, Lucca and Florence. The private grounds feature a natural pool, vineyard, fruit trees, walking paths, and a patio with fireplace and fountain.
“Josh and Heather’s place is named The Sanctuary and it’s a fitting name! This is the most peaceful place I’ve encountered in Italy. I had a chance to taste life in the country with easy access to Pontremoli and the train station. They recommended which Taxi to use and had Enricho waiting for me when my train arrived at the station. Josh gave me a tutorial regarding trains which is useful for an American traveler using public transportation. Josh and Heather gave me the best tips and advice about what to see and do in the area and even arranged a cooking class for me to attend. If you like hiking this is the place as it is close to Cinque Terre and other national parks, as well as a country walk to Torrano and the use of local trails from the property Josh has created. My morning breakfast was so filling, healthy and delicious! A great way to fuel up for an exciting day. Each night I slept in silence in a cozy and soft bed with really comfortable Belgian linens. The pool is a work of Art and very refreshing. They have many fruits and nuts on the property which you can harvest and eat. My hosts also provide some food and drink options and laundry for a very low price which made life easy. I also enjoyed the company of Viggo and the kittens which really made me feel at home. I have no complaints and I highly recommend that you stay here. Its just a few minutes from town and affords you many peaceful walks in the country with beautiful song birds, mushrooms everywhere, olive groves, vineyards, panoramic views and plenty of space for reflection and contemplation. Book now, you won’t be sorry!”
