Vacation home at Semberg

The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

The green oasis

You are looking for peace and nature, then you are just right with me. In the federal gold village of Ovenhausen framed by Bergen, you can enjoy your stay stress-free. Baker, butcher, beautiful squares in the center, as well as the R1, invite you to bike rides - especially to Höxter to the former state garden show grounds or the Marienmünster monastery. The renovated 47 sqm apartment on the ground floor has been furnished with attention to detail and has floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area. I look forward to your visit.

Inke's guest apartment

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located in the high paterre of an old building and is about 50 sqm in size. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160x200 large double bed. In the living room there is also a 90x190 bed next to the sofa. There are some cozy seating areas in the courtyard. The historic city centre, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. There is a parking space for your car in the yard.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Cozy attic studio

Dear guests, here is some information: Bright attic studio between Egge Mountains and Weser Uplands with nice views. It consists of a living-kitchen-sleeping area and separate bathroom. You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. The attic has been ecologically renovated. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Central living

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located apartment. The small but stylish and fully equipped non-smoking apartment is located in the center of our village of around 1800 inhabitants. The apartment is at ground level and largely barrier-free. Right next door is a grocery store and several snacks. A baker, butcher, hairdresser, florist, pharmacy, ATM and dentist are also within walking distance. Smoking is allowed outside the door.

Bright, newly renovated, attic apartment in a 6-family house. On the outskirts of the village of Stahle, a district of the World Heritage City of Höxter in the beautiful Weser Uplands, directly on the Weser Cycle Path. The small apartment (34 m²) can be booked for 2 to 4 people and has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A large garden with seating areas and lawn can be used. Smaller pets are allowed. Wi-Fi is available.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

Peace and nature at Gut Holzhausen - Wind cradle

"Windwiege" - Our largest apartment in the "Altes Rentei" is located in the middle of our estate. The house is the oldest building of our complex and has been freshly renovated. It was important to us that the tradition and history of the building is not lost and that you still have a cozy, contemporary stay. Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. On 70sqm with a large sunny south-facing balcony and a view of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it right in front of the door. The Westfalentherme spa with sauna area and swimming pool is a 6-minute walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!

Welcome to our apartment in the Weser Uplands. The apartment is open plan and covers about 45 square meters with stylish furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. To the left of the bathroom is a small walk-in closet for your utensils. In about 400 m you can already reach the R99 bike path on the Weser. Shopping is about 150 m right around the corner.
