The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

The beautiful surroundings are ideal for excursions on foot, by (mountain) bike and by car.

They wake up in the morning and have a coffee at the Mühlenbach or on cool days in front of the fireproof fireplace. The mill with its ponds and surrounding nature invites you to stop. Hiking and biking trails start right at the entrance to the mill. Being faster in the countryside is hardly possible!

On the covered terrace you can end the evening comfortably.
