Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und eine Dachkoje ( Deckenhöhe maximal 150 cm) mit 3 Betten. Ausserdem könnte man auch im Wohnzimmer auf dem Schlafsofa ( 2 Personen) schlafen. Draussen gibt es auch ein Saunahäuschen.

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.
