On a fully fenced garden of 910 m2, guests have access to a 28 m2 pool with a sundeck and 4 deck chairs, 3 parking spaces and a children's playground. The house is for 4-6 people

Private Studio Room with small elementary kitchen, bathroom, and bed for 2 people. Parking, separate entrance, air-conditioned... nothing fancy, just elementary stuff for a sleepover or short stays. The entrance is from the inner courtyard, there is also a table and 2 chairs outside for taking the fresh air covered with Kiwi pergola, and this patio is shared with owners for the passing trough. We do not disturb you. Parking is free. Note: it is close to the road, so there might be traffic noise

Villa Kalu is located in Krnica, a small and characteristic village 2 km from the sea. The villa offers 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed for a total of 8 beds with 4 bathrooms as well as a splendid living area and a beautiful patio in front of the private pool where you can spend your days and evenings in tranquility, enjoying a portion of the sea view. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, air conditioning, powerful wi fi are included for free. Your pets are more than welcome ;)

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

My place is close to the airport. You’ll love it because of the outdoor space and the ambiance. Good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The bedroom and the bathroom on the ground floor wheel chair friendly. Nearby horse riding, quad safari, adventure park, also, explore wine, olive and honey roads of Istria. Towns of Pula and Labin are only 30 minutes away, Rovinj and Porec on the west coast about 60 minutes drive.

The sea with secluded bays is 6 km away. From 10 km away are various beaches with leisure facilities.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
