Monthly Rentals in Brea

We stayed in this studio for 2 months and it was really great. The studio is really comfortable and we appreciated the outdoor (small terrace) and we had a private entrance so the studio is completely independant. Robyn and Brian are very reactive and discreet hosts. They had always solution or proposition to our requests. We recommend it !

Kevin’s place is actually 5+ in my opinion! It’s the little and big details of his place that makes the difference! From snacks to everything labeled and clear instructions on how to use all the home amenities! Location is so relaxing , quiet! Yet you are just down the street from some fabulous eateries and Brea Mall! 57 Fwy is about 3 minutes away to wherever you need to go in Orange/La County. The TV room is fantastic! Mini home theater with all the comforts. Plus both rooms have mini office areas. Just book your stay here!
