We have created a tranquil and calm atmosphere to relax in. The Broad Oak Pub and The Red Lion are literally on our doorstep. If you do the Little House is well placed for pubs, beaches, vineyards, gardens, Rye and Hastings and many other treats only a walk or short drive away.

Situated in the High Weald, Broadoak Brede is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by stunning woodland and only four miles from the historic Cinque Port town of Rye. Just a short drive away are the spectacular beaches of Camber Sands, Winchelsea Beach and Hastings. Other places of interest nearby are Battle ( the 1066 battle field), Camber castle and the stunning Bodiam castle.

Conifers Loft is a relaxing detached country side retreat, with elevated views, and private garden and patio. Great Dixters & Bodiam are a short drive and the ancient town of Rye 15 minutes. A car is recommended. This is a perfect base for nature lovers, with accessible country walks straight from our side gate. Continental breakfast is provided in your accommodation and a private parking space. The traditional local pub (The Rose & Crown) is a 10 min walk.

It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden.
