A very nice place perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) with our cocker spaniel;-) Very clear instructions from the owner. Owner always responsive to the various questions asked. A beautiful view from the living room. Everything you need in the space. Lots of assets: location, size, layout... We highly recommend it.

Léa is a welcoming, warm and caring host. Everything is done to make you feel at home. Tourist leaflets are available. Personally, I loved the cannon box:) In the end, we had a great time in our stay. Thank you Léa.

We were travelling with bicycles and Yann’s place was perfect for us to start our cycle trip around Brittany. It’s a very short way from the ferry arrivals which was useful for our late arrival, secure bike storage area and lots on space in the living area for all of our bags. Claudine's place was truly a rare find and we would highly recommend it. Superb location close to a lot of nice attractions. Claudine was very helpful and came to introduce herself when we arrived. She was very accommodating as we travelled with our 1 year old daughter. She has all the facilities for travelling with a baby/toddler. The house is excellent and has all amenities one could require. It also has a nice garden for relaxing in the sunshine! Thank you!

Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Hope we can come back in summer one day! Merci!

Étienne and Valerie are welcoming hosts, available and nevertheless discreet. We had a great week in the adjoining house of their residence, clean, very well equipped and with the fenced garden and terrace which are really a plus, especially for our dog! The quiet environment, the crossroads market three minutes' walk and the beach 7 minutes' walk also make it a perfect place for holidays . Close to intra muros and 20 minutes from Cancale by car. Highly recommend this rental for a couple who love to take long walks or a family with two children. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Lovely old fisherman's house, very nicely renovated. Ideal for a few vacation days, great location to enjoy Granville and the coast. The toilet is at the RC and the bedrooms on the second floor, we go down the steps as in a boat, you have to be mobile but otherwise it's perfect! The house is very well equipped and Emmanuelle is really accommodating, responsive and friendly, everything was very easy! Thank you

Warm welcome , full of good advice given, very nice and functional house close to the ocean. The hammam and fireplace are great extras. If we decide to return to St Malo, we will choose Dominique's house again.

Zabeth and Pascal's apartment was wonderful - I had a brilliant time, and wish I could have stayed longer. They were thoughtful, generous and very kind, always happy to help. The apartment is so beautifully laid out and put together, everything thought through, and not lacking anything. It's a relaxing and delightful place to be. Then, both locally and a little further away, there is just so much to see and do and enjoy. It's a rich area, historically, culturally, and naturally. I absolutely loved my time here, and I hope to come back again some day. Thank you, Zabeth and Pascal, for such a special and delightful stay.

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. I would recommend this place ideally located 200m from a beautiful beach, at the foot of a bus stop that takes you directly to Saint Malo Intramuros. The accommodation is very good, functional and comfortable. And in addition, there is a very good restaurant on the ground floor.

The apartment is conveniently located to enjoy the corsair city on foot. Interior comfort allows you to enjoy the holidays. We'll definitely get back to that.

Everything was perfect , you feel good right away! The apartment is bright, spacious and very well arranged! The terrace is well exposed)…. And quiet! The beach)….. very beautiful …. is 100m away …. brief beach aperitif every day! Absolutely no complaints! We had a great time with the family. The bikes available… that's great! We can't wait to come back!
