It is fully equipped and has 2 terraces: one is about 35 square meters and the roof terrace is 60 square meters. Both have garden furniture and a grill. The apartment is very centrally located, and you can reach all the important sights, the party district, the trade fair, and the trendy district on foot within 10 minutes! Large terraces where you can grill and smoke!

On the edge of the Bremen cultural quarter, it is located in the attic of a studio house - a little forgotten by the world - picturesquely on the Bahndamm. Within walking distance you will find bars, museums, small shops, the theater, the Bremen Bürgerpark and the Weserpromenade. Upon request, a studio tour, an art workshop in my studio or a walk through the Bremen cultural quarter can be booked.

Exclusive apartment / loft in the listed customs office in the port of Varel Your holiday apartment is located in the Varel harbour on the Jadebusen / North Sea. It is about 50 steps to the marina. Restaurants, an art and jewellery gallery as well as shops are just a few meters away. Free internet / Wi-Fi and car parking are available. The apartment is located in the attic and is accessible by stairs. Not suitable for disabled guests. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Sunny loft with berry farmer

The upper floor of the half-timbered farmhouse at the foot of our mighty peace oak was converted into a spacious, sunny loft in 2014. The view from the balcony captures berry fields, rhododendron hedges and the village atmosphere in the Aller-Leine Valley. The apartment offers a lot of comfort. The bathroom and living area are particularly spacious. Ancient half-timbering was partially preserved and combined with modern elements. On the farmyard, there are more apartments.
