The spacious and comfortable apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. there are 2 large double bedrooms with canal view and 2 bathrooms (just one with a shower) But what makes the apartment unique is the living room kitchen, which overlooks the canal, you will experince a dinner looking at the gondola passing right in front of you! the living is equipped with glass floor directly over the canal. ..and you can see the water in the canal below you !! WI-FI, sofa, dining table, and kitchenette (electric burners, fridge, kettle, microwave). The quiet and bright apartment is close to the station and to public transportation, very convenient both when you arrive (by train, plane or car) or to go to Murano, Burano Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. Passeggiando nel quartiere si incontrano botteghe artigiane, pasticcerie rinomate e ristoranti caratteristici. Dalla stazione l'appartamento è raggiungibile con gli autobus scendendo alla fermata "San Fermo". Un volta scesi si prosegue su Stradone San Fermo per 200 metri finchè sulla sinistra troverete il locale Sbeccoleria, imboccate quella strada e dopo 100 metri sulla destra troverete Vicolo Satiro. Se arrivate in auto sarà sufficiente parcheggiare al parcheggio "Centro", situato in Via Campo Marzo, costo di 10 euro per 24 ore, in alternativa al Parcheggio Multipiano Cittadella, entrambi distanti dall'appartamento circa 10 minuti a piedi.
