Very nicely located, in a small village in the mountains above Lake Garda. Very nice hosts, we only spent one night passing through here, so unfortunately we could not eat in her bistro "La Tana di Nausicaa" because it was not open that evening. But only five minutes walk down the road is the "Osteria Metti" - be sure to reserve - and the food there is great. Breakfast the next morning was very good, super croissants and bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, cheese and ham.

Clean, beautiful, convenient, charming! The place was lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer. And the location in comparison to the airport was perfect for getting on an international flight early in the morning. The free shuttle is a great feature. I will say, bring your own towel as the option they had was a disposable, green friendly version that was not great. Other than that, this is a great place to stay!

Absolutely recommendable if you want to stay close to Lake Garda and want to stay in a well maintained historic place with a lot of attention to detail. Here we could relax perfectly from the hectic life. The breakfast and the view of the olive groves are sensational and we will definitely come back! Grazie Mille!!!

Nice and clean room, very easy and flexible check in. Located near by Verona Arena and many restaurants. I can easily recommend this apartment for few day trips!

There is so much to love about this property, and positive things to say about our recent visit & the hospitality of VIttoria & Francesco. The room was very comfortable, the building has been restored magnificently, and the sense of community you get having access to sharing the common areas & breakfast with other guests - plus being able to interact with the hosts (who are SO great), made this a very memorable trip. You can walk around the neighborhood and hike for hours, exploring olive groves, vineyards, and small villages. There are local restaurants nearby that are very cozy and within walking distance. You're only a short 20 minute drive to the nearby beach town, Bardolino, with all the shopping/restaurants/supermarkets etc. you would need. It's really the perfect property :)

We had a great short overnight stay here! The place was clean, as described and had everything we needed. Communication with Manuela was great and check in was very easy. It’s in a quiet area with free parking which is very handy. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in Sanyo Stefano. Silvia was very responsive. It was so easy to find the house, easy to get in, and looked exactly like the pictures. There is a beautiful view and a nice spot on the balcony to sit and watch the sunset!

Very good attention and the room is just like the pictures. The only thing I would criticize what doesn't say in the description is the pool hours what it is until 5:30 pm.

Pinuccia is absolutely a kind and competent host, she gave me a lot of information about the history of the house and the area, she met my requests and was always available. I got a flat tire and she offered to give me a ride to the tire dealer. The stay was magnificent and the accommodation, although historic, is very modern thanks to the renovations. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, only the oven is missing! Spacious, warm, bright, colorful environment. The fridge is directly in the room. Definitely a case if I visit the area again, this place is my first choice, great value for money

Great location and I was happy to be back in my hometown!

If you manage to booked this place ,you hit the jackpot.the most convinience place to do your visit to South Tyrol area : Trento / Bolzano / Renon . It’s very central and 2 minutes walk to cute little cafe and walk along Trento . Very near to the train station and few restaurant that offer halal food .we stayed 3 nights at his place and we love it

This place is an amazing bargain. I unfortunately was flying the next day but the location was beautiful, I really wish I could have stayed longer and explored the amazing ground longer.

Super attentive, they welcomed us very well, in principle it was for me mom and I, but for work reasons only she stayed, and the truth that she felt at home, the lady super predisposed for everything I needed, I give her a code for transportation, the truth, I recommend .

Very close to the airport but not so walkable to get there. Very clean and tidy place, overall cute!
