This unique place is close to all the sights and amenities, making it easy to plan your visit. Apartment comprising a living room and a fitted kitchen. Access to our land is common and then you access your private part (Parking, Tiny, Terrace, Garden) Enjoy your terrace and garden for relaxing moments in a restful environment. Located in the municipality of Plougonvelin, a small seaside resort with activities of all kinds nearby.

18m² studio with 50m² quiet garden. Equipped kitchen, 140x200 mezzanine bed, sofa, television, bathroom and storage. Access to 2 min walk from the GR34 and 5 min walk from the strike. Bring small shoes for bathing. 20 min drive from Brest and Landerneau, 45 min from the Crozon Peninsula. No smoking and no pets allowed. The arrival and departure times are modifiable and agreed together.

La Gabardise, fully renovated house

House by the sea, 50 m from the GR34, located near the beaches of the Iroise region, the marina and facing the Ponant Islands. Close-by shops, bars and restaurants. The house consists of an equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Garden and terraces with garden furniture, barbecue.
