"Kosmaj Vista" is a brand new house near Kosmaj, just an hour from Belgrade. Our house was built in 2024 and is a perfect blend of modern design and the nature in which it is located. In an area of 60 acres there is an outdoor swimming pool, a summer house with a ping pong table and bbq, and a beautiful house of 170m2. The house has a spacious living room with a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a yoga room. It is ideal for families with children, gatherings of friends or team building.

If the temperature outside is suboptimal, we suggest warming up in the jacuzzi or sauna in the spa center. Swimming pool is 11mx4,5m and has a heating/cooling and a Astral turbojet pump for swimming. Suitable for 2 persons overnight (or up to 4 with additional payout) and few friends visit during the day.
