PROS-location , amenities,cleanliness & view CON- the air wasn’t working the best and had to open the balcony doors ..overall it was cool

I was very happy with the unit. I really liked the amount of natural sunlight. it was clean and tidy, as well as simple and elegant. Esma and her team were replied in less than 30 min with each message. I was also happy to find out recycling was done. Thank you.

Our stay at Icon Brickell was exceptional from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Brickell with stunning views of the bay and easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. The building itself is modern and luxurious, with a vibrant atmosphere and upscale amenities. The pool deck is a standout feature—massive, scenic, and perfect for relaxing. The spa and fitness center are top-notch, and the lobby gives you that instant wow factor with its design. The unit was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. One minor hiccup was a brief power outage and parking situation as well as luggage after check out. But aside from that, everything exceeded expectations. The service was responsive, and the vibe was both energetic and upscale. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium Miami experience.

Great location & very nice place. They had everything we needed and located a few blocks away from all the restaurants/shopping. We choose to park in a lot down the street because it would be much cheaper during our trip - It was not a big deal at all to walk a block and save some money. They had a spot available on property or a cheaper spot a block away. Although, Uber if you can - driving downtown Miami isn't easy.
