24 E Street is located near the bottom of a cul de sac and has off street parking under a shade sail. The apartment is the ground floor of my home with flat access and no stairs to encounter. There is wheelchair access available through the large two rear doors. The two bedrooms are spacious, and a bath is featured in the main bedroom. The apartment opens onto a rear deck with lounge and dining tables. The kitchen features a commercial style arrangement with 90cm gas hob and electric oven.

We keep the door locked between the studio and the house and there are no shared areas. There is private external access and ample street parking. Surrounded by natural beauty, with parks and waterways on our doorstep and a 10 min. walk to Shorncliffe train station.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. A bus stop, which can take you to Chermside (shops or more buses) or Strathpine shops and railway station or the City. A 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
