Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a brand new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

You'll love my place because it offers outdoor space close to nature, and is largely furnished in the 50s style, the construction period of the house. My place is close to hiking trails in the forest and nature, the Geierlay suspension rope bridge in Mörsdorf, which opened in 2015, an animal adventure park in Bell and the castle town of Kastellaun. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Dear guests, we invite you to spend your break on the Moselle in our apartment in the historic center of Briedel. From here you can easily explore the beautiful Moselle region - whether by foot via the famous "Moselsteig", by e-bike from an idyllic Moseldorf to the next or by motorbike along the many Mosel loops or also over the winding mountain routes towards the Eifel or Hunsrück. The apartment on the 2nd floor has been completely renovated and has a kitchen with dining area, a living room with pull-out sofa and smart TV, a bedroom with wardrobe and double bed (200 × 200) and a bathroom. Bikes can be parked in a lockable garage. Parking is available on the Moselle river bank. There are restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. Grocery stores are 10 minutes away by car.
