Hi, The host's welcome was excellent: warm, accommodating and very understanding, especially when we had to change our dates last minute. The house is pleasant, well maintained, well equipped, and the rooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 7-8 guests. Really a great stay! Very cozy house, very comfortably furnished and conducive to rest and relaxation. Very quiet environment. Need to take the car to go to the village, which is not a very big constraint because the distance is not very important. Also, the house is close to the main axis towards Caen. We took advantage of the nice weather to have breakfast on the terrace and have a barbecue. We can very well stay at the house for at least a day and do nothing or go to the village or on the banks of the Orne. We were very well hosted, very well guided for our stay. What to say? We arrived and the environment nikel. Clean in front and in the back of the house. Clean house, environment of the house as we like. Small lot in the back of the house with different areas for each tenant. The owner responds quickly. We had an empty gas bottle 10 min after it was changed. We spent a night for an ATV competition, redoing. Thanks

Very nice and spacious house allowing you to stay with extended family (there were 11 of us) without any problems. Samuel was extremely flexible on check-in and checkout times. Samuel had some nice touches for Christmas, which particularly touched us. To be repeated during the summer season to enjoy the beautiful outdoor facilities!

We had a lovely stay in Valarie's beautiful home in Bayeux. Valerie and Simon were very accommodating with our late arrival due to the weather slowing up our journey and met us at the house, showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. The house was beautifully presented with lovely touches such as fresh flowers and soaps, the beds were very comfortable and the whole property was spotless. The house is very close to the centre of town in one direction and the Hypermarket in the other, both walkable. Despite its central position it is very quiet and we all slept very well. Town is full of restaurants and lovely shops and the Normandy landing beaches are all within an hours drive away, as are some lovely beach towns. Valerie's house is a really great base for exploring everything that Normandy has to offer. 5* all round!
