Great place to stay close to beach and extremely handy to catch train. Liz is a top host. Highly recommend.

Samantha has provided a beautifully clean place to stay. There was plenty of room in the studio apartment and there were lots of special touches such as a wide selection of books, outlet adapter plugs for international visitors, plenty of hanging and storage space for clothing as well as tea, coffee and bottled water. I especially loved the soft cosy sheets on the bed and the fluffy white towels in the bathroom. The accommodation was perfect as we were visiting family close by in Warradale. Despite the train line being across the road it did not impact our stay. I would highly recommend Samantha’s place as it was clean and comfortable in a lovely neighbourhood.

We had such a lovely stay here. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had excellent amenities. It was amazing being such a short stroll from the beach and a number of cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others :)
