Vacation rentals with beach access in Brighton

Ricky’s place was walkable to town and the pedestrian path by the lake. It was clean and comfortable. Ricky offered a discount at the local yoga/pilates studio and was able to be flexible with our check out time. He was very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend it to others and definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Natalie’s place was clean, had all the necessities, and looked just like the pictures. Communication was easy and fast, we had an issue with parking that was resolved within an hour. We felt safe and at home. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this apartment for 4 days with our adult sons snowmobiling. Access to trails is awesome, plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Place inside is small but clean, neat, and well appointed. Great place to stay!

Patricks place was so awesome - we so enjoyed the quiet space more then we expected - tub was best part after a long day Patrick was responsive and helpful all in all a great spot will come again

The Penthouse was perfect for our group of eight. It was spacious and well equipped for all our needs. The location was central and close to the Magog Curling Club where our tournament was happening. The Penthouse will definitely be our first choice if we happened to be back to this area. Thank you Yannick for your hospitality!

We had an amazing time!! Place was amazing, views spectacular as promised, and we loved the stove/fireplace. The 4WD note is real — our rental car company failed us, gave us a 2WD, and we couldn’t get up the driveway. We parked at the bottom of the hill … it was a 5-10min walk and not an issue for anyone in our group. So, make sure you have 4WD, or if you don’t mind a walk, that might work too!

An absolute gem of a place. I want to "gatekeep" this place all for myself but I know how special it is to me and hope others get to experience that as well! Comfortable, cozy, private, quiet - all the words you'd want to hear when looking for a place to stay in the White Mountains. If you're an avid hiker, this is such a great base camp to an almost endless amount of hikes / mountains. If not, you're so close to Lincoln, Woodstock and even a drive to Jackson / Conway - all amazing areas with plenty to see and do. As we're in an early shoulder season, we didn't get to enjoy sitting outside as much as we'd like but rest assured when the weather is right, you'll have everything you need for comfortable relaxation outside from the chairs, tables and firepit to being able to have room to stretch out, enjoy nature.

We were looking for a place to stay for several nights over the Christmas holiday for a large family gathering, and Michele and John's place came highly recommended by our local family members who are residents of Greensboro, VT. This Greensboro Farmhouse is not only perfectly located to experience the iconic Willey's Store and Miller's Thumb within walking distance, but also private enough to have a quiet serene getaway in a beautifully restored, cozy rental. We arrived to a cleanly plowed driveway (after snowfall the day prior), warm temps inside as we unloaded our belongings, and I was thrilled to discover a well-appointed kitchen with most of the pots, pans and cooking tools so I could finish my Christmas baking for our family gathering. Our hosts prepared us that we might not have reliable cell phone coverage, and there is a landline phone to use. There is WiFi in the unit which we used for our daily email, texting and streaming needs. Wonderful hosts and house! Thank you!

Brad and Rose’s lake house is a perfect lake side get away. The location is beautiful and surprisingly convenient for being 30 yards from the border. The house is 20 minutes from Newport and 30 minutes from Jay peak down well maintained road. We spent the week skiing at Jay Peak during a two foot snow storm and were very concerned about being able to access the house since it is down a long drive way that slopes down to the lake. We spoke to Brad and Rose who made special arrangements with their plow guy to clear us a spot at the top of their driveway to guarantee we could get out on the day of the storm. The plow driver also reached out personally to make sure he plowed before we needed to leave. The drive way was plowed three time on the day of the storm and atleast 7 total during our stay. We were able to get in and out no problem even from the bottom of the drive way and the roads to and from the mountain were easily passable with 4 wheel drive (Subaru Outback). Would recommend!

Lovely little intimate cottage! We had a lovely mother/daughter stay! We didn't miss anything!

We Stayed at James and Nella's place for the second year in a row. It is a cozy old farmhouse with a spectacular view. We are Nordic skiers and this was 15 minutes from Craftsbury outdoor center. James and Nella are great hosts. We found them to be very responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Air b&b, the place was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Quiet at night, amazingly well equipped kitchen, great value for money all in all. Our stay was wonderful - the accomodations were cozy and nicely fit our family of three (two adults and one preschooler). Bed was cozy, bathroom was nicely updated, and kitchen made it possible to do some light cooking for our family. Though it was too cold during our stay to use the lake amenities, our kiddo loved taking short walks to look out over the lake. We also REALLY appreciated all the board games, toys, and books. Kiddo had a blast playing with them, and we enjoyed the peace and relaxation that ensued. Overall, a great stay!

Benoit is a very attentive host. First, he offered me the opportunity to enter the condo earlier, which I did and really enjoyed it. Also, when I arrived, I found several small snacks on the table. What a delicacy on his part! What also delighted me were the three logs provided for a fireplace. Another notable advantage: the pool, spa and sauna inside the building. Finally, I give Benoit an A+ for quick communication and all the very clear guidelines documents inside the condo. I had a pleasant stay in this condo that perfectly matched the description and was impeccably clean. For me who was traveling alone, it was perfect. However, I would find it a little small for four people. Finally, the location of this condo is great, especially in summer with Lake MemphréMagog! That said, highly recommend. Had a pleasant experienc staying at Vanessa's place. The building itself appears to be quite old, but the apartment has been newly renovated, which was a nice surprise. The space was clean, modern, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The apartment is ideal for two people, offering just enough room for a couple to relax. However, I wouldn't recommend it for four people, as the space might feel cramped. The location is a definite highlight, next to water and with downtown Magog within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. In summary, it's a great spot for a couple looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, with a nice balance of old charm and modern updates.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. The view of the lake was very nice, and it was relaxing to sit on the back deck. Hope to return for another stay.
