Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. Two bedrooms one full bath and one half bath. LGBTQ always welcome. Well behaved doggie parents and dogs allowed.

Two downstairs lower level bedrooms each with full baths and queen size beds. One of the lower level bedrooms also has an separate exterior entrance. Four kayaks and one canoe available for use. Fire pit with chairs for evening gatherings. Ample separate parking. Rental fee based on # of occupants. Please include all guests.

Enjoy the sunroom which overlooks the beautiful lake, the nearby Alburgh Sand Dunes State Park and Alburgh Golf Links, and St. Anne's Shrine and the ancient coral reefs on Isle LaMotte. Dogs are welcome, but require Owner approval and payment of a $85 per dog per trip fee, maximum of 2 dogs.

For avid bicyclists, the cottage is about 9 miles from the Island Line Trail parking area, which is where the ferry to the Lake Champlain Causeway is, and then it’s another 10 miles on the bike path to Burlington's waterfront park.
