The place is super well located and the apartment is very comfortable , the pool is nice and the attention of the manager is very quick and good , I highly recommend staying in this accommodation. As an architect I loved the building , the apartment and its decor

Michael was very friendly and attentive since we arrived, he gave us many recommendations of places to eat, the place is very nice and meets the description, it is very close to the beach.

Amazing stay! I can’t wait to come back—this place is a little paradise. It’s right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and bars, yet still very quiet and peaceful. The AC is a huge plus, and the internet worked perfectly, which was essential for me since I work remotely and start very early, when nothing else is open. I definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely return!

You just have to rent this Airbnb for the view alone, oh and the pool was awesome too. The apartment was very roomy, it had a good kitchen, and a big balcony. The only negatives are that it’s not especially walkable, so having a car is a good idea. Due to the awesome location below town overlooking the ocean, it was really hard to get a taxi or ride share. One helpful tip: there is a good local restaurant close to the Airbnb that you can walk to, they had the biggest and best margaritas and cheap. My wife and I would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.

It's a chill place. Close to everything in Punta and pretty quiet, I was able to rest well. The owner is friendly and helpful. Some stuff like shampoo/shower gel was missing but since I had my own it was not a problem for me.

Martinas place exceeded all expectations. The place itself is beautiful, private, spacious, impeccably clean, and well designed to stay cool in the heat without needing A/C. The bed and shower were luxurious. It is in a quiet residential area steps away from Playa Manzanilla, and a manageable walk to Centro. Martina is wonderful to communicate with and is very accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stay here and enjoy the sweet slow life of puerto in a sun filled local stay! We had a lovely stay at Sylvia’s place. We have been in Mexico for 6 weeks and this has been by far our favorite stay. We both had the best nights of sleep so far on our trip, very quiet area and insulated walls. The pictures don’t do the place justice- it is very cute, especially the outdoor area filled with plants and sunlight. Two friendly cats come by each day and enjoy basking in the sun outside, they clearly have picked the right spot! It is a bit of a walk to the beach but we enjoyed being outside of the normal tourist area and getting a glimpse into typical life in puerto. As remote workers, the WiFi worked great and allowed us to work without pause. We rented the motorbike from Oscar for 2 days and it was a cheap and easy way to get around to some of the further places. Sylvia is so kind and attentive, making our stay even sweeter. If we come back we will 100% stay here.

Wonderful vacation. Amazing views. Can't say enough positive things about Katrin and her beautiful home. Very cozy place with open balconies, while appreciating the history of the building. If the nightly swim doesn't cool you off, the AC helps tremendously! We will definitely return to this location.

Very relaxing house with easy access to the beach. The pool is amazing and we were able to fully relax during our stay. I will return here in the future. The host and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

As stated in all other reviews - incredible home and a magical stay. Keep in mind it is open air - which means no air conditioning in the central part of the house (only in the bedrooms). The kitchen can get quite hot. Teo and Demi were lovely and kind (and supplied fresh coconut water). Jaime and Graciela were the fastest responders ever with any questions/issues. Overall truly wonderful!

Casa Sol y Luna was the perfect place for 3 weeks of remote work to escape the PNW winter. The house had everything we needed and was minutes from the beach, great restaurants and boutique shops. There was a super cute local convenience store just two doors down! The property also has a bungalow and the family's personal space (including a sweet shop with local art/clothing), all areas were very private and separated. Roxel and her family were awesome! Full of great recommendations, support with anything we needed and gave excellent surf lessons! And just all around lovely people!

Lucia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. She always has advice or tips. From the upper apartment you have a view of the sea and you can hear the sound of it. What is very helpful is that in addition to the towels for the bathroom, there are extra towels for the beach and also beach towels for each person. We thought that was great. The guest house is at the end of a street and it is quiet. Nevertheless, it's only a 5-minute walk to the beach. A very, very nice Airbnb, well worth the money.

Eva’s spot was great and exactly as pictured! I liked that it was right across from the beach. The water pressure isn’t great,, but it’s good enough. The property is beautiful and hanging by the pool to escape the heat was nice. We did hear some music from Cactus night club in the late evening but it didn’t both us, bring earplugs if you are concerned.

Amazing place, amazing views, good communication. Only if you are planning fun with friends may not be the place indicated since they are strict with the quiet and loud noise schedules. Everything else is perfect.

The place is very nice, close to two beaches that you can reach by walking. The restaurant area is a 5-minute walk away. And you can take a taxi very easy, if you want to move to another beach or go somewhere else. Highly recommended to stay here.

The apartment is beautiful and super comfortable. The private pool has been a luxury to be able to enjoy. The only downside I put is the location, we thought that being in Punta Zicatela I would be next to everything and for nothing!!! You have to move by taxi, motorcycle or some means of transport because it is literally impossible to walk to where the bars and restaurants are. The area is Muyyyy Dark at night and it's a little scary
