One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Gorgeous flat! Perfect to explore Brixen & surrounding area. Set in "old town wall" surrounding historic center, this open plan apartment has colorful walls & furniture, and a sunny balcony! A fabulous gym (Aquarena) with sauna / pools is nearby. Quiet street (no cars) and views of the dome and mountains. A balcony full of flowers in summer! We live in the flat above and love the area! (P.S. there's a small crack in the window pane on the balcony. Just wanted to point out it's already there.)

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der ruhigen Ortschaft St. Magdalena und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Geisslerspitzen, die zum Weltnaturerbe UNESCO zählen. Das kleine Apartment befindet sich im 1.Stock eines Wohnhauses und ist einfach und liebevoll eingerichtet; der großzügige Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Garage. Das Villnössertal ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Bergtouren.

Das Haus Lauben wurde im 18. Jahrhundert erbaut und bietet die perfekte Möglichkeit für einen Aufenthalt im Herzen der historischen Brixner Altstadt. Wie der Name schon sagt, befindet es sich im Zentrum, in den berühmten Lauben und liegt nur 160 Meter vom Brixner Dom entfernt. So befinden sich die zahlreichen Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vor Ort versorgen wir Sie gerne mit weiteren Infos und Tipps. In just 20 minutes, you can reach the historic old town by strolling along the picturesque Isarco riverside promenade. The cable car to Mount Plose is also nearby, making it ideal for hiking and sports enthusiasts – both in summer and winter – and easily accessible by public transport. Enjoy the perfect combination of nature and city life, and let your soul unwind!!

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnanlage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadtzentrum von Brixen. Das Apartment befindet sich im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses, welches 2018 komplett neu errichtet wurde. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Wohnküche, einem Schlafzimmer, einem Bad mit Waschmaschine und einem Balkon mit Blick auf die Plose. Sie bietet insgesamt 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten und einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.
