The chalet-apartment "VIEW4TWO" is located in Hart, surrounded by a few houses, a small farm and directly on the forest border. You can't live more beautifully if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle, but not out of the way. A perfect apartment, in the middle of greenery with wonderful and unobstructed views of the Zillertal mountains, at the end of a private road. Due to the ambitious location on the east side of the valley, countless long hours of sunshine are on the agenda.

Helle und freundliche Wohnung (50m²) in historischem Tiroler Bürgerhaus nah am Ortszentrum vom Brixlegg und am Eingang des Alpbachtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock (kein Lift) und ist ausgestattet mit einem Vorraum, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Esszimmer, einem sehr kleinen Schlafzimmer mit französischem Doppelbett (160 cmx200cm), sowie einem neu renoviertem Mini-Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Sonne kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse mit prachtvollem Blick auf das Sonnwendjoch genießen.

Our spacious and comfortably furnished 4-room apartment is located in Hart on the sunny side of the beautiful Zillertal. It is about 80 m² and is on the second floor. Divided into 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower, living room with spacious balcony and magnificent views of the Zillertal valley (flat screen available), spacious kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer and capsule coffee machine.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer, as well as a 10 m² terrace with ample seating for a hearty outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

The house is located just a few meters' walk from the lake and the center of Schliersee. In the surrounding area there are many opportunities to do mountain sports and then relax in the large, sunny apartment. A large balcony offers the possibility to enjoy the sun from the house. In addition, a parking space is offered directly at the property.

You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest town in Austria (approx. 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to many activities. With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
