Jurtendorf Ding Dong

Liebe Leute, wir haben es geschafft, das erste Jurtendorf in Bayern ist eröffnet - Übernachtet in einer Jurte, die eigentlich drei Einzelne sind. Wir haben sie einfach miteinander verbunden. Somit habt Ihr mit Terasse 100qm. Wir haben in den äußeren Jurten jeweils 4 Betten, somit Platz für 8 Personen. In der mittleren Jurte befindet sich der Aufenthaltsraum der zum chillen einlädt. Kochen könnt ihr entweder direkt am überdachten Feuerplatz oder in der Holzhütte. Dusche und WC im Bauwagen.

Unsere Hütte ist ein einzigartiges Refugium, das Tradition und Moderne vereint. Auf 1.370 m Höhe gelegen, bietet sie atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die Tiroler Berge und blühende Almwiesen. Mit einer über 100 Jahre alten Geschichte verfügt sie über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Bergblick, und eine sonnige Terrasse. Direkt vor der Tür beginnen Wanderwege, und die Sauna sorgt für Entspannung nach einem aktiven Tag. Ideal für Naturliebhaber und Erholungssuchende.

Featuring two cozy bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends. The gondola to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area is just a 5-minute ride away by free ski bus or car. Helle und freundliche Wohnung (50m²) in historischem Tiroler Bürgerhaus nah am Ortszentrum vom Brixlegg und am Eingang des Alpbachtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock (kein Lift) und ist ausgestattet mit einem Vorraum, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Esszimmer, einem sehr kleinen Schlafzimmer mit französischem Doppelbett (160 cmx200cm), sowie einem neu renoviertem Mini-Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Sonne kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse mit prachtvollem Blick auf das Sonnwendjoch genießen.

A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

The house is located just a few meters' walk from the lake and the center of Schliersee. In the surrounding area there are many opportunities to do mountain sports and then relax in the large, sunny apartment. A large balcony offers the possibility to enjoy the sun from the house. You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest town in Austria (approx. 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to many activities. With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
