Mit einer über 100 Jahre alten Geschichte verfügt sie über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Bergblick, und eine sonnige Terrasse. Direkt vor der Tür beginnen Wanderwege, und die Sauna sorgt für Entspannung nach einem aktiven Tag. Ideal für Naturliebhaber und Erholungssuchende.

The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the terrace with magnificent views of the Sonnwendjoch.

A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to do many activities.
