Stock (kein Lift) und ist ausgestattet mit einem Vorraum, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Esszimmer, einem sehr kleinen Schlafzimmer mit französischem Doppelbett (160 cmx200cm), sowie einem neu renoviertem Mini-Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Sonne kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse mit prachtvollem Blick auf das Sonnwendjoch genießen.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
