Beautiful villa in a very quiet location and with a beautiful nearby pond. Comfortable and really well-kept and pet friendly accommodation.

It is a very nice house ideal to celebrate holidays with our family: cozily furnished, nice bedrooms for both us and the children and enough to play with for the children, within walking distance of the lake and the location of the house in the forest gave a lot of cooling with the warm weather. The location near Brno is also a nice holiday destination!

We stayed at Jana's house for three nights and it was a very pleasant experience, arguably the most cost-effective choice for the tour in and around Brno!Would come back again if given the chance, five stars would recommend!

Ivana is a great host. Place is excellent with large garden, sitting place, pool ... a wonderful home. Fully recommend it.

Very beautiful house and a great host! Communicating with Josef was very easy and we could call him with every problem. The place had lots of decorative details and everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. Our only problem were there streets we had to use to visit Vila Martina. The last minutes of the drive you have to use kind of a dirt road with lot of holes. We aren't used to this kind of roads But after the first time it's ok. We really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend staying at Vila Martina!

We booked this place just because it was exactly half way through our journey from Poland to Croatia. And we feel sad we didn’t have the time or power to explore this beautiful house and the nature around it. When we woke up with the singing of the birds and small river rushing right next to the chalet we were amazed. House is perfectly equipped for a big family stay, kids room, toys, smell of wood inside. Beautiful garden and area to play. Absolutely perfect. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions when we told him we will come late in the evening. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to get away from city rush and rest their minds and body. 10/10

Nice easy place to stay for a night on vacation!

A great place to stay on the top floor thanks to a beautiful view of the whole area of Brno. And the best part was the big indoor pool with sauna.

We had a wonderful winter holiday here with our dog. A beautiful area for walks, in the cottage it is cozy and the sauna with a view was a real highlight.

We felt really good here. Dear hosts who take care of their guests, give advice and help with what they can. Still, you have plenty of privacy and that divine peace!

Nice, spacious apartment in an ancient building, a short walk from the center, in a nice neighborhood with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants. On the ground floor so no stairs. There are two separate bedrooms, but the first (the one with a couch) is passable, in addition, the apartment has 3 toilets, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), a well-equipped kitchen with a nespresso machine for the nespreso capsule (but also oil, sugar, salt, spices ...), a huge separate wardrobe and a conservatory with seating. The owner is communicative and helpful. The only thing that bothered us a bit is the fact that directly under the windows of the apartment, which faces the inner yard, is a bar, where in the event of nice weather, people sit in the evening and smoke hookahs. Since the apartment is older (very charming), it does not have absolutely perfect windows, so the smoke goes to the apartment, which was a bit uncomfortable, but it was possible to survive for two days.

The place was great, shabby, and clean. All in addition, the beauty of the view from the balcony underlined. The apartment is modern, but in reality, rather smaller than the photos. However, that was not a problem (not even a negative). We had a great time and will be happy to come back :) Ivo

David was a very accommodating and flexible host. The location of the apartment was great, a short walk from the Convention Center and public transportation got close to the apartment smoothly from Brno Central Station.

Awesome neighbourhood, full of small houses and villas, two parks nearby (one small and one bigger, Lužánky Park). Very good for walking the dog and for going for a run. 5 minutes to Tugendhat Villa, which is amazing, highly recommended to visit. 15 min walk to the old town, 20 minutes if you take a slightly longer but nicer route through the park and villa gardens. The flat is small, but comfortable for two people with a dog. Very quiet building. You can really feel as if you’re a Brno local.

Stayed during my Erasmus for an extended period, Michal is a very friendly and understanding host. The accommodation is great and close to many means of transport, only 5 minutes from the center. The Wi-Fi connection is décent, but it is possible to request a Wi-Fi router to increase performance if you are staying for an extended period. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped, and the apartment is also prepared in advance according to the number of visitors. I was able to visit Brno and Pragues, but also work quietly and focus. I highly recommend it.

Nice, comfortable spot at the edge of the city with good transportation options & supermarkets nearby. Interesting surroundings close to the area if you enjoy urban outskirts, personally enjoyed Stránská skála quite a bit. Nice coffee machine, comfortable bed & TV. Good shower too. Peaceful neighborhood area, perfect if you don't want to stay in inner city. The host is very friendly, would recommend the apartment for everyone, especially you're in Brno for work or other reasons when you would want some quiet time after being in the center.
