Victoria Line is one of London's fastest underground, to Oxford Circus in just 15 minutes and Kings Cross Station in 25 minutes. Pubs and restaurants are within just walking distance.

This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

The property is an annexe to our house and has it's own separate entrance. Our house is situated next to a park and the side window from the bedroom overlooks the park. We have our own private driveway of 100 metres long from the street and off street parking is available. Very quiet green and leafy area and the house is well hidden away. Transport links are very good from our local station Tulse Hill about 7 minutes walk away.15 minutes to London Bridge or take a bus to Brixton underground.

What I love about living here is the outdoor space where you can sit out and enjoy a drink on a sunny day on the terrace and unwind. Around the corner, you have a great local cafe which serves breakfast and great coffee. There is also a small supermarket too. There is a bus stop just outside with buses running to Brixton 24/7.

A garden flat all to yourself in West Dulwich. The flat has a bedroom, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a bright conservatory overlooking the garden. West Dulwich is a quiet suburb 6 miles from central London with a number of parks, pubs/restaurants, cafes and shops. There are two train stations 5-10 mins walk away: West Dulwich and Tulse Hill which will take you to central London within 20mins. There are also a number of buses that run day and night.
