Huset ligger 600 m til en badestrand og 200 m til supermarkeder. Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

Private annex close to beach and city

Simple and practical accommodation at a reasonable price. Annex adjacent to the house, but with its own entrance. 10 minutes walk to the beach and nearest S-train, and 22 minutes by train to Copenhagen. One room with sofa bed (160 cm wide when unfolded) and television and one with kitchenette, dining table and small sofa bed (160 cm wide when unfolded). Small toilet/bathroom with hand shower connected to the sink and drain in the floor. See picture.

Nice 50'er mason masonry villa of 130 m2 located in quiet residential neighborhood. Only 800 meters from one of Copenhagen's finest sandy beaches. About 20 minutes by car to Copenhagen city center and 1/2 hour by public transport. 300 meters to supermarket. Covered terrace with sofa and dining table. Large garden with dining table, lounge furniture, charcoal grill and wood-fired pizza oven. Free parking. Including linens and towels.

Central small and cozy apartment in Copenhagen

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.
