The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

In the living room there is a cozy sofa group as well as a dining nook. The house has its own entrance with attached parking space and small terrace . Wifi access.

Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle. Bathroom with washer and dryer, access to large cozy garden, and enclosed courtyard. The whole plot is fenced in. All beds are made and towels are provided for everyone. Relax in this serene space before the trip goes out in Vendsyssel. Here is a short distance to the highway and beautiful nature.

We have just finished renovating the kitchen, dining area and living room in this beautiful house, and we hope that you will love it, as much as we do. The house has high ceilings, scandi-vibes, a fireplace, and stunning views of nature. The house has several large terraces to soak up the sun no matter the time of the day and the best beach in all of Denmark is only five minutes walk away.

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. You can even enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue water and effervescent waves, because the beach is just a few hundred meters away. In short, the layout consists of a nice bathroom and a two-person dino bedroom. Two more people can sleep in the bunk bed, located in a secluded niche in the beautiful living area, which also offers a dining area, upholstered benches, and an open kitchen.

The property is located in the Aslund forest area on the outskirts of Vester Hassing, where there are shopping opportunities and a 5 minute walk to cozy farm shop and cafe (Fredensfryd). Hou and Hals are only 15 km away, which has North Jutland's most beautiful beaches and 19 km to North Jutland's capital - Aalborg.

In the heart of Vendsyssel and in the center of "Brønderslev", I rent out the top floor of my cozy house. There are 2 bedrooms, a large living room with dining area and access to the garden with a nice gazebo, where you also have the opportunity to eat when the weather permits. Access to shared kitchen and bathroom. Towels and bed linen are included. Free parking outside the house.
