Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Brookings

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The beach was really close and beautiful, and uncrowded . The house has been well maintained and has had loads of extra spaces added. We used their grill which worked great, enjoyed their fireplace and the kids loved the game room. Super convenient to use the garage door for loading and unloading. Lots of parking places and really reasonable pricing! Thanks for the great memories!

We absolutely loved this home! It was clean and the beds were comfortable (which is critical for me). The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet but close to the harbor and everything else. The bathrooms were spacious and well stocked and the hosts were communicative and kind. It really is one our favorite Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed. We would absolutely recommend this home for the perfect stay in Brookings.

Hands down one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior, the interior is spotlessly clean, clutter free and comfortable. Right away we let out a sigh of relief! Beautiful view ( despite the construction), cozy beds, and access to the beach (though the trail is a bit rickety). Great visit for ourselves, a couple toddlers, and a dog. If we’re ever down this way again, we’d love to stay here again!

Place was absolutely amazing!!

Monica’s house was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with most anything you would need. The location gives you easy access to the beach and the little development it is in was quiet and secure. We had a lovely stay. I would recommend Monica’s house to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing stay by the beach.

We were at this magnificent property over Thanksgiving, and it was perfect. We timed it just right to avoid November rain and it was warm-ish. The river was absolutely blown when we arrived, but settled down and was always beautiful. We really enjoyed the fact that it is extremely well apportioned, everything we needed to cook, snack, play games, and relax. We can't wait to come back in the summertime, when we can more enjoy the river and hiking. We know this area very well and it's perfectly located. Short drive to Oak Flat, Short drive to supplies at Cougar Lodge. David and Laurie were great hosts, always available to help with firewood, suggestions for hikes, etc. I highly recommend this place. Yes, it's pricey, but worth every penny.

The home was very clean and a great place to stay!

It was so nice to check in and everything was so clean and comfortable. The whole family enjoyed our stay. We walked to the beach from the house. No need to drive there. All the amenities you could ask for. We would come again!

Just text 30 minutes prior to arrival and Patrick will meet you with all the information you need. Looked just like the pictures! Even have seat cushions and blankets to watch the sunset over the Pacific! We had a great stay - wish we could have stayed longer!!

Had a great stay. I loved that the apartment is so close to the beach. I cooked for 5 of the nights we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed. David offered us some plums from his tree and they were perfectly sweet. Communication was great. As a heads up, there is a hen that quietly crows in the morning. Fortunately, my kids slept through it every morning. His well trained dog does a great job herding the hens.

I had a wonderful stay at the condo ‘Salty Shores’ in Gold Beach. It was cozy, welcoming and very nicely decorated. The bed’s mattress in the loft upstairs was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Michele was very responsive and helpful. Also, the welcome gift basket was much appreciated after a long drive! I had never used that type of lockbox before and Michele was very prompt in providing help. I’ll definitely stay at ‘Salty Shores’ again if I’m ever back in the area.

This was a great place. So many added touches for convenience and comfort. It was well stocked and very clean! The neighbors are all so friendly as well. I spoke with a couple of them when out on a walk. Great spot. Beautiful views! Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay in Brookings. The beaches and coastline are amazing! Quiet neighborhood and close to town, beaches and redwoods. Would definitely stay again.

On a road trip up the coast from California, and got hit with some strong winds and rain and after 10 hrs of driving we decided to stop and stay somewhere local. Thankfully We found Micah’s place & were sooo glad we found this place because it felt so cozy, safe, and had everything we needed. If you have any hesitation if you should book, you def should! It’s worth every penny from the place to the views down to the host! 10/10

This place was so cool and had so much character! We loved the house plants, the big beautiful shower, and all the little extras like the arcade games, yoga mats, etc. There was a great view of the ocean from the big windows and the deck.

we had a great restful stay. the place is immaculate and beautiful. Patti was incredibly responsive when weather had us arriving late. really appreciated her communication with us.wish we had more time to enjoy the area. Will stay again

Brook’s place is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, well-located close to town but not in the thick of it. Quality of beds, linens, and furniture are top-notch and super comfortable. No blinds, so you will get some traffic light through the windows and you can hear traffic as well as night and early mornings from the bedrooms. If you need to do laundry, bring your own detergent, as it’s not provided. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including spices for cooking - very thoughtful touches. Brook was incredibly responsive when I had questions and promptly restocked the tinfoil when we ran out. Definitely one of my faves to stay on the Oregon coast!

What a great Airbnb! We stayed only 2 nights on our road trip down the Coast but easily could have stayed longer. The bed was extremely comfortable! It was centrally located with lots of places to eat around. It was a perfect base for exploring the redwoods! I also liked the little touches for example, a seperate towel for removing make up, I commented on this multiple times to my partner.

This was a lovely apartment- close to Crescent City and the redwoods. But the best part was the lovely, clean apartment and Ana who welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Ana is very kind and welcoming and showed us all around the apartment and the beautiful yard! We had a great time and we look forward to a return! We even were given fresh eggs- what a treat!! This place is a treasure !

Love the property. We were coming in with a rental car so that was a lil crazy trying to register but everything worked out. The balcony was great and we enjoyed our time watching the pretty view.

Great place to stay with beautiful sunsets. Marcela is extremely responsive and helpful. The photos on the listing match what you see in person. Amazing views of the river and ocean. Grocery store is door to door 5 minutes away. The town itself is a nice little gem on the Oregon coast. Absolute reprieve from the hustle and bustle of bigger cities. Highly recommend staying here.
