Alpine Ridge is set on 3 acres of land, high up on a private road. From the house, you'll see the Bearpen Mountain Range across the valley. We designed and curated our home to be a perfect escape. Though remote, we are close to town for all the essentials: 5 mins to Prattsville, 15 mins from Windham and 25 mins from Hunter. Due to its proximity to hiking trails, lakes, rivers, breweries and wineries as well as Windam (7 mi), Hunter (16 mi), Catskill (26 mi) and Hudson (29 mi), this is the ideal location from which to explore the best the Catskills has to offer.

The Sparrow House is a beautiful farmhouse with a private trail to a majestic 120' waterfall. With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

Home Alone Mountain Retreat

We rent the house beautifully located in the small vacation community on the hill with a mountain view from the wrap-around deck. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of the 1,5 acre land adjacent to the state forest, take on the stroll in the woods, wander around the historic villages, take a swim in the pond, enjoy the country roads on the mountain bike or visit Windham and Hunter. There is a hot tub on the deck but we determine availability daily. We do not charge the cleaning fee.

Ideal for a family, couples, or a group of friends wanting a break from the city grind. Enjoy nearby hiking, fishing, skiing, and snowshoeing, while being ten minutes from town and 2.5 hours from Manhattan.

This one bedroom home has key pad entry, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, front deck, spacious rear deck, fire pit, acres of back yard, full bathroom, can sleep four with queen size bed and pull out couch, wifi, fire stick tv. All the comforts of home. This is a fully furnished one bedroom home that was recently converted to an Air BNB.

"Far from the Madding Crowd" Cozy Cabin Retreat

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
