Monthly Rentals in Broughton Astley

Great place to stay, we loved our stay in the beautiful village of Cosby. We had a delicious meal in the Indian restaurant and enjoyed some of the local walks recommended in the information pack at the house. The house was very clean and comfortable and had all the essentials and a lovely kitchen. Communication and access to the property was very easy and well organised. We would definitely stay again next time we visit family in the area 😊

Overall this peaceful, private place is fantastic. Just a couple of things will make it faultless. We did share the cost between 2 of us which brought the price down but, if I was to be responsible for the full cost, I'd say that it is a touch too high. Ensure that you have your toiletries including shower or body wash as non are provided. Milk, tea/coffee and some bickies are provided though and a little selection of jars and tins but, again, bring your own what you need. Returning to the location, if birds are all you want to hear in a morning then Helens place will provide.

Really friendly hosts. Great to communicate with. The annex was so cosy and lovely. Well furnished and VERY clean. Made it feel like you were at home.

Spacious, clean apartment. Nice big TV. Beds were very comfy. Organised kitchen.
