Kiosk nearby. Ten kilometers to Funäsdalen, which is the main town with all services. The cottage is nicely located with a view of Rödfjället. Large parking is available!!

The property consists of 3 single bedrooms with shared toilet and shared kitchen. Guests bring their own bed linen/towel, not available to borrow or buy.

The cottage has a unique location as it is individually located and it is several hundred meters to the nearest neighbor. In summer you take the car all the way to the cabin and in the winter the car is parked in a parking about 600 meters from the cabin and you can get by foot or by ski the last bit. Welcome to the real mountains! In popular Mysk Fjällby, this property is located on a large, undisturbed plot. Lovely location and fantastic views of the mountains, lake and village. The property has three buildings – a large house, a small house and a detached, solid, wood-fired sauna (wood included). All newly built in 2022. This listing is for the Small House, with access to the sauna. Rented out for full weeks Saturday-Saturday normally, but can be rented for shorter periods during low season.

Welcome to this newly built cottage in Kåvan overlooking Funäsdalsberget right by Ljusnan. Funäsfjällens cross-country ski tracks and scooter tracks, monuntain bike and hiking trails are available directly adjacent to the cabin. Walk a hundred meters down to Ljusnan for a swim, fishing or paddling. The cottage is also close to Funäsdalen's alpine resort (about 1.5 km). By car, it takes about 20 minutes to Tänndalen, Ramundberget and Tännäs.

Gångavstånd till sport- och mataffär samt restauranter. Rökeri/gårdsbutik samt den lilla ostbutiken finns också i byn.
