“We loved Sandra's charming farmhouse. It was a great place to relax for the evening with plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely labeled. Plenty of room for larger vehicles to park. We chose this place because we were traveling with a uhaul and it was perfectly safe overnight with no one around to bother it. Sandra was incredibly prompt and helpful in her communication. We felt safe here during COVID due to her high cleanliness standards and the thought she put in to making it work. We didn't get a chance to try half the things in the pictures but we'd definitely come back to do so in the future!”
Small Boat house cottage and covered dock with full kitchen on a almost 4 acre pond. Sets on 62 acre farm on the backside. Fire pit, kayaking, and fishing. Smoker available with gas and charcoal grill. Great for couples and outdoorsy people. If you do not like outdoors please don’t choose us. There is bugs and lots of outdoor things on a big pond. If you love to complain. We are not your choice. We are a Christian family and clean and do our best to make your country stay as good as it gets.
“If you need to unwind from all the bustle of city life, this is it! This was the best air bnb experience I’ve ever had. The views were unbelievable. Geese with babies, cows, chickens. Fresh eggs in the fridge. Any utensils needed were there. Kayaking was a blast, and the fact that Justin allows dogs was an incredible plus! Justin is a great host. Fantastic communication, and he checked in on us every once in awhile to see how things were going and if we needed anything. The cottage was perfect, just the right size for two people and our dogs. Clean, plenty of towels and extra linens. We will definitely be going back.”

“Absolutely one of the best B&B experiences I have had. We will be back for our next getaway! When we book a stay, hospitality, cleanliness, and price all rate the highest importance. Tuscany Inn TN hit the mark for all three. The hosts ensured we had the best time, making the stay both fun and relaxing. Perhaps you want a getaway where you sleep in, loll around the gorgeous patio and stare at the beautiful surroundings. You can do that here. Explore the little towns and antique shops? Have fun! The Inn itself is so beautiful. From the drive up to the room, it was spotless. We took a soak in the hot tub, walked the grounds, and played with the dogs ("official greeters"). It rained, so I wasn't able to grill; we ordered room service- WOW. You best hope it rains! Nah-order anyway. You'll want to move in when you taste the food. THE FOOD! We visited Italy several years ago, and since then have wished we knew where to get authentic Italian. We have found it. The dishes are beautifully prepared, homemade sauces and recipes, served up plentifully. And the cooks have so much fun doing it! We had a special birthday dinner. Our hosts made sure it was special. The table was set to perfection, and we even asked them to join us. We LOVE dese gals! It's close enough to places like Walmart and a grocery store in case you forgot anything. (hard to do, since the Inn supplies you with lots of extras, like firewood, toothbrush stuff, a razor, and little condiments.) You are still far enough from civilization, where it is so quiet and serene. Sheep graze across the way. There is a road, but it stays desolate. We slept on the softest bed - like being cradled in a cloud. I could go on and on. There is nothing I would change, nothing wrong to say. Stay here, order the food, and you won't be sorry. Pet-friendly, GLBTQ friendly, and just plain awesome.”
