A continued restore of a 100 year old wood frame house on an operational ranch near historic Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. Room to park, spread out indoors - enjoy the natural views! Located between Ft. Gibson & Tahlequah across from the Cherokee State Wildlife Mgt Area less then 30 min to Lakes, Casinos, Illinois River, & more that this area has to offer.

Cabin by Pond(KK2)- No Bathroom

This rustic cabin is very peaceful for a night, weekend, or week! This space includes a microwave, mini-fridge, TV, heat and air, and linens, but the bathroom/showers are about 50 yards away. You can fish or kayak right in front of your cabin in our stocked pond, or walk over to all the amenities like the pool, playground, and more! If you want to be inside we have air hockey, pool, darts and much more in our game room as well... all included! Check out the pictures of the bathrooms and showers!

Centrally-located between Sallisaw, OK and Fort Smith/Van Buren, Arkansas (all are just a few minutes away). Very comfortable living space with leather furniture, fully furnished kitchen with stainless appliances, and large office/study area. The master bedroom has a king size platform bed. Large restroom is attached through the sliding doors. Sturdy wood bunk bed in front bedroom. Just bring your bags!

Located 25 minutes from the upper Illinois River. Plenty of space to park your boat or trailer. This space is 300 sqft stocked with coffee, mini fridge, and microwave. The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

Only 11 miles to Brushy Lake Park. This home is great for hunters with plenty of room to park trucks with boats and blinds along the tracks. 7 miles to Shad's Catfish Hole for great eats. 30 minutes from Ft. Smith, AR where you will find a host of places to shop, eat.
