No children. Short walk to Whitianga town. Private, comfortable and clean. Wifi reception intermittent, best at outside table. Queen bed, table, chairs, kitchenette all in one room. Smart tv. Toaster, jug, microwave, toasted sandwich maker, cups, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar. No other cooking allowed inside. No vaping or smoking inside. Soap, towels, sheets, bedding supplied. Heater for winter, fan for summer. Lovely private outdoor table and chairs. Suit single person/couples. Max 2 Adults
