“What an absolute beautiful lodge and set in a lovely spot on the park near the river Irfon, we stayed for 3 night and loved the decor in the lodge they haven’t spared any expense there, the lodge was also spotlessly clean and has everything you could need for a stay there, Dave and Kelly also went that extra mile by supplying us with little essentials like tea, coffee, milk, sugar, crisps and welsh cakes there was even a bunch of fresh cut flowers, the lodge is ideally situated for the Elan valley which we made the most of with our dogs. I can’t think of anything remotely bad about this place, we would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to anyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We received a warm welcome and were immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the entire site and the wealth of amenities on offer. The treehouse is a fantastic space and as soon as my niece and nephew saw it they thought it was amazing and couldn’t wait to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the treehouse and the site, it’s a great place to explore. The treehouse was very clean and comfortable with great decor and had everything that we needed during our stay. The games room was an added bonus which appealed to adults and children alike and there was a really friendly atmosphere in the communal spaces and it’s great to see so much effort being made to encourage recycling, the compost loos etc - a fantastic woodland adventure!”

“From the moment we first communicated with Beth I felt a sense of care from her. She was great at communication and I knew straight away nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival at the park we were met with a field full of rabbits hopping freely around the park. A short car drive swept down to the river and tucked in the corner we arrived at the lovely No.20 Y Cwtch. The first impression was the locations view to the side of the lodge being the river and the peaceful atmosphere of the park. Once entering the lodge we were pleasantly suprised at the beautiful decor and cleanliness of the property. What caught our eye initially was the lovely welsh cakes in a lovely glass cake stand and goodies left for us on the breakfast bar. The interior was beautiful and everything was displayed with such care. Fresh milk and water was even left in the fridge for us long with tea/coffee/sugar everything and more you would need after a long journey! The location of the park was just a short drive I to Builth Wells and we also visited The beautiful Elan Valley with tourist centre and cafe all dog friendly, a park for the children, a must do if you are planning visiting the area. We stayed for 3 nights and crammed in a visit to the Elan Valley, a visit to Builth Wells and a Sunday roast at a lovely quaint community run pub just outside Builth Wells which was really nice. Overall for a short stay we really enjoyed our relaxing retreat to Y Cwtch at Caer Beris even with a dog and a child there was enough outdoor adventures to see and do even if it is March! I cant thank Beth and Tom enough for the care, attention and time they have spent making Y Cwtch a lovely clean, modern space for us to relax and enjoy a much needed break for us all and we wished we could have stayed a little longer to explore some more! A great place for all the family. THANKYOU! XX”
