Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

The interior has been completely renovated, with a focus on detail, comfort, and functionality. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while travelling.

The tiny home is close to a small family farmhouse, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

We offer quiet accommodation on the Czech-Austrian border. This quiet location is suitable for families with children and an ideal starting point for many trips, both in South Bohemia and Austria. There is a horse-drawn carriage museum in the village, in the area of ​​the railway station, which is on the main line Linz - České Budějovice. This three-room apartment is part of a former farmhouse from 1827, which currently serves as a guest house and small farm.

Welcome to this spacious and serene accommodation. The cottage is located in a garden full of flowers, trees, strawberries, hydrangeas, butterflies and songbirds. You will share the garden with us. We love animals, nature and the dog Pátek, who lives with us. LIPAA is 3 minutes from the bus station. You can run down the hill to the center in less than 10 minutes. Parking is included, city tax 50 CZK/person/day.
