Beautiful location and cottage is in great condition. Enjoyed the lake!

We had a wonderful time at Jennifer’s home. Her parents, Ed and Kay welcomed us and made us feel right at home. They provided wine and delicious snacks for us and also gave us passes to Rumbling Bald. The place is right on the lake and absolutely beautiful. The inside is much more beautiful than in the pictures, as it is tastefully decorated and good quality linens and towels were provided. They had every thing available that we could need, expensive toiletries and plenty of floats and kayaks. I can’t say i’ve ever stayed at an air bnb that was so thoughtfully appointed before. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay here! The amenities were wonderful! Our kids loved the pool and the beach at the lake. Lots to do in this area! Jamie was super sweet and very responsive and helpful! She also makes great recommendations! We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Randy reached out ahead of time to make sure we were good to go and it was easy to find. Close to town, private, and quiet. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. May be a turn off to some, but we loved hearing the cat randomly race across the floor above 😂 (we are animal people). There are a couple stairs to get down to the back of the house but the motion lights were great when we came in at night. Overall, lovely place and wonderful host. We would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect stay for myself during a family wedding weekend in Asheville! Lindsay was so communicative and kind. The space was clean, very well organized, and exactly what I needed! Lindsay really has thought of everything when it comes to communication leading up to and throughout your stay, with little touches everywhere and great recommendations for whatever you may be seeking for your trip.

We had a great stay the the Azalea lake cottage. It has a huge covered front porch for sitting and reading, a wonderful updated kitchen and main bathroom. The fenced back yard was wonderful for our dog. The den was very comfortable with a great flat screen TV for watching a movie when we arrived home after a day visiting with family. Beds were very comfortable. The cottage was super clean everywhere, as well as the numerous huge windows. We also liked the back patio where the French doors opened out from the kitchen, with comfy outdoor seating there. Everything was easy to use, and there were clear written instructions when needed. We really loved it and plan to book in the future when visiting family!

Amy was an awesome host and we were very happy with the space. Would recommend and stay again with no question.

Spacious and clean home on beautiful property. Hosts were communicative and helpful. 10 minutes from the airport. We had a wonderful stay!

This is a very cute and quiet place right on the river and very welcoming after a long day of hurricane clean up and volunteer work. Check in was very easy with a coded door lock. The entire place is very artsy and inviting. The fireplace was very cozy during the unusual cold spell. This property was well cleaned up but the road leading up still has a long way to go towards being cleared and multiple houses have damage and contents outside of the home. This beautiful area of Marshall was sadly quite damaged by the river surge. This should NOT dissuade anyone from staying here- once you pass that point, Billy’s place is wonderful, clean and you’ll enjoy the sounds of the river and the waterfowl passing by. We were honored to help the residents of WNC and plan to return in the future. We hope to see Marshall return to its former charm one day.

This place is heaven on earth. So idyllic, quiet, lots of hiking. The house itself is cozy and well stocked. Kevin and Linda are wonderful hosts.

This was a perfect house for our family basically all one level. Great outdoor space indoor high end for each room and very clean and well cared for. Appreciated all the items available for us to use. Grateful for the time at this place with family

My family and I stayed in Daniel's home for spring break. Everything was amazing! Daniel responded quickly to all of my questions, gave local attractions/activities, allowed for an early check in, provided us with much needed transportation (golf cart) as well as made sure the kitchen was fully equipped for any meal we wanted to prepare. He also had tons of games for the kids to play inside and and lots of space on the deck for outside. The washer and dryer on BOTH levels of the home helped us for our return back home with clean clothes. Highly recommend and we would love to stay with Daniel again.

The house was great and had the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The property was beautiful with plenty to explore with the kids. And it’s close to Asheville and the surrounding communities if you want to go out to dinner and explore.

it was a wonderful stay and Joy was a great host. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The condo was very comfortable to stay in for 4 of us and has part of the lake right behind it which makes it serene. The check in was smooth , wifi worked without a problem , parking is right in front of the unit, the neighborhood is quiet, and hiking trails are close by. Important to know that you may have to drive a bit for getting groceries etc if you plan to cook dinners. Asheville downtown is about an hour away with 20 min of highway time and other 40 min is winding roads getting to the scenic community. That part of the drive is quiet dark after sunset. Overall, it's a great place for R&R, and Joy is a very warm and responsive host - we would love to come back again soon. Thanks Joy.

Soo much to do! we were very surprised at all the amenities. We will definitely come back. We enjoyed the amenities so much we didn't leave the resort to see the area.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the backyard area and zipline. The space was very clean and all the small details were well thought out and appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

I can only rate Andrea on her communication. Unfortunately we were scheduled to come the same time Hurricane Helene made her presence. Andrea kept us up to date on weather conditions throughout storm. Unfortunately we were unable to get there to see the home ourselves, but I would definitely book again with Andrea just based on her communication. I hope that they did not endure too much damage, but unfortunate Lake Lure has a lot to recover from.
