The cottage is located in the equestrian district in Burbank. When you walk to our local park you might catch some horses riding by. The cottage is a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a pull out King couch in the living room. We are able to accommodate up to 4 people. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking pleasure. We also have a small enclosed porch with a Office Desk and 2 cozy reading chairs in case you need to mix business with leisure. And last but not least you will have your own private entrance, parking and shady garden patio. Walking distance to the major studios, incredible coffee shops, restaurants, bus stops, markets, and close to all major freeways. We have AT&T Uverse if you'd prefer to spend a day just watching our flat screen TV. And we have free wi-fi if you need to update your social media with the fantastic photos of your trip. Entire Garden Cottage is yours with featured outside garden dining table for four. Two Car Private Entrance Parking and a Relaxing Private California Native Garden! My family lives in the main house. The cottage is in our backyard separated by a trellis filled with roses year round,. You can be as private as you would like or come sit on your front porch and visit with us. Living on the premises makes it easy for us to help with anything you need. The cottage lies in an in-demand equestrian neighborhood in Los Angeles. Walk along the river to the equestrian center. A short stroll down Riverside Dr. leads to Toluca Lake, home to many celebrities. Spend the day at Disneyland, Warner Brothers Studio Tour, Universal Studio, or walking Hollywood blvd. Restraunt row is a stroll away filled with local coffee shops and Award winning restraunts! Rest, relax, explore, repeat! I'm sure you've heard the expression, "Nobody drives in LA." Well, that's mostly true. We are very close to a bus stop and subway. But we strongly recommend having a car for your visit. We are close to a lot of area attractions. Walking distance: 1 minute to the nearest park with jogging trail 5 minutes to the nearest Starbucks 5 minutes to the nearest Supermarket, Pharmacy, bank and a variety of local restaurants (Mex/Indian/Sandwiches/Pizza..) 5 minutes to Warner Bros Studio Lot & Tours Driving distance: 8 minutes to Universal Studios 8 minutes to Burbank Airport (BUR) 10 minutes to Studio City 12 minutes to Hollywood 12 minutes to the Griffith Park Observatory & the Hollywood sign 15 minutes to hikes in the Hollywood Hills 15 minutes to downtown L.A. 18 minutes to Beverly Hills 35 minutes to Santa Monica & the ocean 30 minutes to Los Angeles airport (LAX) 30 minutes to Gandhi's memorial and the famous Pacific Coast Highway 55 minutes to Disneyland and Orange County 2 hours to San Diego's Zoo, Legoland & SeaWorld! Stay in a Retro 1960's-Inspired Los Angeles Home

This vintage bungalow built in 1940 has just been given a designer's overhaul and is ready to be your home base for fun and sun. The sparkling pool has a brand new deck and outdoor furniture. Solar heat means it is nicely warms on long summer days and even a bit into the fall! The interior of the house has a swanky vintage vibe with unique furnishings and ultra lux linens over brand new, high end mattresses for sleeping in perfect comfort. No half sized pillows here! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and utensils, stemware and glasses for nearly any type of libation, plus stainless steel appliances including a 6 burner range with gas oven, fabulous dishwasher, and large fridge, all nestled in custom cabinetry topped with gorgeous butcher block counters. And, best of all, the house is fully climate controlled, a must must must through the hot Los Angeles summers! Guests have full access to everything in the house and yard. The garage is for owners use only unless prior arrangements have been made, however, there is a covered carport on the driveway and room for two cars to tandem park. We are happy to help guests with all their needs. Personal chefs, maids, masseuses, and concierge service is available upon requests. Our property manager is only 10 minutes away and available 24/7. Stroll the streets in the heart of a hipster neighborhood near Universal Studios. This quiet neighborhood has easy parking and wonderful shops and restaurant all within walking distance. It's a rare gem in the midst of a bustling city. Parking in the driveway can accomodate two cars. Street parking is available, but watch out for signs warning of restricted times for street sweeping. You will be ticketed! It is easy to get a cab or use Uber. Bus stops line the main street and the subway is not far. It is pretty easy to get around from here, even if you are in town without a car. You know what they say: location location location. And this place has it all. Just a hop skip and a jump to the Warner Studios, Universal Studios, Disney Studios, and within walking distance of some of the best bars, restaurants, and shopping that the area has to offer!

Minutes away from Dodger Stadium, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Downtown Glendale, and more. Unit was remodeled in 2015 and has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay.
