Morriña is a recently rehabilitated house (2019) on the bank of the Miño River, where the water “breaks” against the porch of the house. It has two exterior rooms with their own bathroom each and a large living room with fireplace and a large gallery overlooking the river on the top floor, and a kitchen with dining room and toilet, with access to the patio and porch, on the ground floor. Lighting and comforting have been paid to a lot. NOTE: If a single night is booked, it brings an increase of €50.

The house has an open room that combines kitchen, living room and dining room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) and the bathroom with shower. Lots of possibilities for natural landscapes, excursions and trekking surround our warm stay. The small village is very cozy.

We are a couple who are committed to living in these mountains and decided to restore an old house respecting the original materials - stone and chestnut wood. We are only ten minutes walking distance from the train station and/or bus station. The bridge up the street is right by the Medieval Castle. Pilgrims walk by our building in their way to Santiago de Compostela. There is a park across the street. Every Wednesday and Saturday a traditional street market invades the surroundings. If you are an active person, there is a CrossFit box, a traditional gym and many running and bike trails near by
