It is a very good bike and hiking area. The Schoorl dunes are 10 kilometers to the South and Den Helder 20 kilometers to the North. In the dunes between Sint Maartenszee and Callantsoog lies the special Swan water with its spoonbills. The bicycles that are there can be used. In Sint Maartensvlotbrug there is a Spar and in Callantsoog an AH that is open 7 days a week until 10 pm. In Sint Maartenszee there is a laundromat if necessary. Every Monday morning there is a cozy trunk market in the parking lot at De Goudvis playground. In the summer months, there is always a trunk market somewhere on Saturday and Sunday.

From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedge-lined retreat. The Park de Watersnip, where our sea time is located, also has great leisure activities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests.
