Enjoy a stay in the former home of the painters Fritz and Hermine Overbeck in a modernly furnished 2-room apartment in a friendly and lively multi-generational house with its own terrace and garden access. However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

The 2-room apartment can accommodate ideally 2 adults and 2 children. If necessary, the 5th person can lie down on the cozy couch in the living room. Private small shower with toilet. There is everything you need for everyday needs in the apartment such as hairdryer, ironing board/iron, vacuum cleaner, TV, radio/CD player, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishes and cutlery as well as a balcony and much more. No parties!

Vacation on the Weserdeich in Bremen

Our beautiful apartment is located just behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the nature reserve Werderland. From all windows you have a beautiful view of the countryside or of the dike and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (approx. 8000m2). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is being gently renovated by us with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

Stylish barrier-free tiny house with view of the countryside. It is located on a quiet side street with ample parking. Super comfortable bed (160 × 200). Large TV (Netflix, Prime), Wi-Fi available, fully equipped open kitchen with round table and two seats. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle available. Bathroom with walk-in spacious rain shower. Towels and a hairdryer will be provided. An outdoor area with seating and barbecue area is available.

Our idyllic property is only 3km from the highway and 15 min. to the centre of Bremen We have several single and double rooms, all with private bathrooms. All rooms have TV and Wi-Fi. If required and for larger groups, several apartments with up to 20 beds are available. Prices are based on the number of people and overtime. For 1-2 people we offer double room/duWC for 30€per person/night Our guest apartments were completely rebuilt in 2017.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with 160 cm double bed, another room with 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS, I can't rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

Large attic of a venerable villa

54 steps lead to the bright and very quiet apartment on the top floor of the villa. A touch of Hanseatic merchant spirit has touched the western part of Platjenwerbe here since the house was built in 1908. Today, the separate apartment with its own entrance is modernly renovated, has a large living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom with tub shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

You will be staying on the upper floor of a two-family house in a quiet side street. Parking on the street . ConstructorUniversity, Friedehorst,Lürssenwerft, KUKA nearby. Grohn has its own marina and is located on the Lesum which flows into the Weser. It is less than a ten-minute walk to the museum harbor on the Weser and to the train connection to Bremen City.
