Vacation rentals with a firepit in Burke

Neal's place was a perfect home base for a long weekend of skiing at craftsbury. The house was cozy and worked perfectly for us! If you have more than 2 people, the additional beds / futons are in the main living room, so be aware of that, but it's ideal for 2 people. Maple syrup and honey were truly top notch!

Karen was incredibly nice and very clear on check-in and check-out instructions. plow driver was there first thing every morning cleaning the driveway and the house is very cozy. We hope to come back at a warmer time and enjoy everything the place has to offer! Thank you to Karen for sharing her home and being a great guest!

Lisa’s place is lovely! We were a party of 5 visiting the area to mountain bike. Easy access to Kingdom Trails and 6-7 minutes to downtown. The sleeping arrangement description isslightly off; it’s 1 king, 1 queen, a double and 2 twins. This may be important for couples.

Our stay was more than great! Description of the property and cleanliness as well as amenities do not do it justice! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area. Would stay here again without a doubt!

Even more beautiful than in the photos. We were a group of 10 (6 adults, 4 18 year olds). We hiked the trails around the property (very pretty) and did a couple of local hikes as well. Spent part of a day at the shops in Littleton. Kristin is a friendly, responsive and generous host. We had a glitch with our reservation—my error—and she worked to accommodate us and all worked out well. As others have suggested, there is plenty of space for sleeping even though there aren’t a lot of actual bedrooms. The privacy screens work well, and there is so much room that it was not an issue. Highly recommend!

After our plans fell through last minute, we booked Jordan‘s Airbnb last minute, and it couldn’t have gone better. The place was just as described and perfect for a relaxing weekend.

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

The kindest and most helpful hosts! This cozy little spot was exactly the retreat we needed and was beautiful in the snow. They even let us borrow snow shoes! Lots of great local recommendations, too. 11/10

The photos are accurate yet the place is nicer than it appears. The main room is very large, light filled, and warmly appointed. The bathroom is huge. We slept comfortably in the bedrooms; I was a little skeptical of the small bedroom windows but felt cozy and slept well. Alex provided very detailed arrival instructions which worked even on a snowy night. Great welcome basket. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Perfect peaceful stay, close to Jay Peak and the Inn's restaraunt is right down the road. Right on the river, we enjoyed being able to do a polar plunge in the woods to start our day! Our pup felt right at home and it's a perfect place to stay anytime of the year

Hosts were prompt and helpful when I reach out to them about a couple questions. The place was perfect for a quick trip to Jay Peak. Quaint, convenient and comfortable. Like Jay, I won’t tell my friends about this place. ;-)

Came up to northern Vermont in October to enjoy the outdoors, could not have asked for a better spot. We got in some incredible hiking nearby and kayaking on the lake. Finding the place was easy and our hosts were very kind and responsive. The inside of the unit was up to date and neat and had all of the amenities advertised. The unit felt very private and a cozy place to hang out. Highly recommend

I would like to highly recommend a stay at Cecile’s cabin in northern Vermont! It’s conveniently located just off route 91 north and very easy and fast to find. There are great dining options nearby in Lyndon and St Johnsbury including Estella’s, the Wildflower Inn, and Prohibition Kitchen. We dined at all three and can highly recommend. The cabin is on such beautiful pristine land and even has great views and excellent privacy. If you’re looking to get away, this is the spot. The cabin itself feels new and well maintained. It was warm and had so many options for extra blankets. It’s a fully working home with a full kitchen, bathroom, shower, and wifi and 4 beds. I have seen apartments in cities that have felt less complete than the cabin. I highly recommend a stay a Cecile’s cabin for your next Vermont getaway. You’ll feel like you’re right at home inside and outside you’ll feel the beauty of Vermont’s nature. Enjoy!

We reserved this cabin on Air B&B for our thirty year old kids for a get away. They arrived and were shocked at how great the place looked. They found groceries and a restaurant so they were in paradise.

Lovely cabin deep in the woods but close enough to everything you need. Great area for hiking. The fire pit area overlooking the ski resort is perfect.

This place is special. The perfect remote getaway to disconnect, breathe fresh air, listen to the quiet, and reconnect with nature. Adorable boat house - woke up with a fire going looking out at a snow covered lake. Hard to not come back to reality feeling more centered and at peace after a weekend here. Can’t wait to come back.

Was absolutely wonderful stay. We usually don't spend much time at our airbnbs but we got to fully enjoy this one. Relaxed the whole weekend was just what we needed. I had an amazing stay! Merle was kind, communicative, and made check-in/check-out seamless. The house is beautiful, clean, and tucked away in a peaceful, secluded area—perfect for my two pups and cat to roam freely. The mountain views and open fields were stunning, and the sunrise was absolutely magical. The home had all the essentials and is close to unique spots like the Bread and Puppet Museum, the Museum of Everyday Life, and Lake Willoughby, with great hiking and a beach. Just down the road is The Parker Pie Company—some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Inside is a small farm store where we picked up fresh eggs and milk for breakfast. One of the highlights was relaxing by the fire in the yard while the animals played. It was peaceful, refreshing, and just what I needed. If you’re looking to unplug, unwind, and enjoy nature—this is the place. I’m already planning to return in the summer!
