the apartment was comfortable, was clean and in the conditions of the advertisement. near the place to have coffee, supermarket, and dinner. it was also close to the bus and taxi stop. communication was easy with the host and we recommend the lodging for those who want to know Sirmione with pleasant space, cleaning and good location.

Very clean accommodation with all the comforts required, very comfortable beds and a well-stocked and complete kitchen. Extremely quiet and traffic-free location, quiet area. Center of Sirmione reachable by shuttle a short distance from the apartment and convenient location also to reach other places of interest in the area. Everything was positive and Federica was also very available for tips on restaurants and how to get around the area.

A great apartment, excellent communication, apartment is great, Federico took great care, the wifi/mobile data was not good. We will still be happy to come back for free time.

Michela's place is lovely and the location is wonderful, close to the everything in Peschiera with a view of the lake. The beautiful, spacious balcony is such a bonus. Michela herself was warm and charming and very easy to deal with.

My partner and I decided to give this Air B and B a go instead of a hotel. I'm glad we did. What drew us in was the fact it looked like a cool studio flat, with a decent sized balcony, hot tub and massive bath. It wasn't the easiest to find, but our host, Luisa, was very communicative and met us on a nearby street. She was very friendly and welcoming and check in was easy. The apartment is pretty much how it looks in the photos. We were pleased with the cleaniness and amenities! it's in a good location - It is a really quick walk to the harbour and the town. It doesn't have the best view from the balcony, as it is in front of a car dealership, plus on the corner of a busy street. It also doesn't feel too private. None the less, we would definitely stay here again! It was a lovely change from a busy hotel, and was nice to have our own space.

Everything was perfect, we found the apartment very easily. Also, it was very tidy and clean, the beds were very comfortable. We couldn’t use the pool because of bad weather but it seemed very clean and nice. Totally would recommend this flat if you are seeking an apartment close to Lake Garda but you would like to avoid the crowd and noise.
