Extremely beautiful home with stunning views! Its so hard to find somewhere that is private and several other benefits but this fit them all. We will love to come again. Tugay was very great at communicating and recommending things that we needed help with. I definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to go to turkey!

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Having the pool kept the kids happy all week. We hired a car as it is up a steep hill. It's in a good location, only minutes into Olu Deniz if you drive. Fethiye is about 20 minutes away, we spent some lovely evenings there. We would definitely rebook. it felt like home away from home. Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

place was nice, clean and enough rooms and beds. close to the beach and stores. we came while it was cold but in summer I am sure the pool will add extra enjoyment. communication was quick and instructions clear. thanks for hosting us .

Deniz hosted us and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He gave us recommendations and helped us reserve paragliding in Oludeniz. We had a comfortable stay at the apartment. The shared pool is very nice and well maintained. Two small cons were the floors and some chairs were a little dusty and the wifi wasn't the fastest. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The house was really as it looked in the photos. Mr. Yusuf and his esteemed mother, Ms. Ayten, were very hospitable. We were always able to reach them and they completed the shortcomings quickly. Thank you very much. We would like to stay again towards the summer

We stayed for 2 nights as 4 adults and 2 children. We found our house very comfortable with sufficient descriptions by the host. The house was sufficient during the stay, we did not need anything extra. Everything was as seen in the pictures. The failure of one of the air conditioners was taken care of immediately. Apart from this, some of the kitchen supplies can be renewed, and I am sure they will show the same sensitivity for this. It was a pleasant weekend. There is no problem that I prefer it again. Thank you to Mr. Mmin and his brother, the gentleman.

Perfect base prior to Gulet trip. Nicer than the photos, lovely bedding. 2 open plan bedrooms closed off with curtains, plenty of room for family of 4. Migros nearby for self catering groceries.

We spent very nice 10 days at the house. Oliver helped us a lot with lots of tips about the surrounding area. Also just staying in the garden was a nice change on some days.

Very cute village house, everything you need in the house. It has a magnificent garden. It is right in Kayaköy and on foot, you can easily reach everything you need and you have the opportunity to visit the historical Kayaköy. 20 min by car to the city center I recommend going to the cold water bay, we love it. We are always traveling with our dog. The garden of the house is very suitable for the dog. But we had a very sad incident the day we checked in. Our dog beat up one of the chickens around the house and killed him. We also apologize to my host for this again. Also, thank you so much for your understanding. I am really sorry. In summary, we came back with a lot of pleasure from our holiday. Be sure to experience this house. I love it. Happy holidays to everyone in advance.

Fergal is the best host you could ever ask for. I was planning a family trip like a whole year before we traveled and he was helping me with all the ideas for our itinerary. He gave us contacts for bookings and recommended great places. The place itself is amazing and was perfect for our big family. Fergal filled the fridge and cupboards with lots of food and snacks ready for us to feel right at home. We absolutely loved staying there and would definitely go there again.

Everything was better than we expected. Place has a magnificent view. It’s 20 minutes walking from place to the Kas center. Very recommended!

The house was just like in the photos. The items aren't new, but they're not old enough to feel uncomfortable. Cleanliness was good. Kitchen supplies are sufficient for minimum needs. The washing machine and the dishwasher are old, but they do work. It only took a bit of time to find the quick wash schedules at first. The garden and pool are very good for families with children. There are aparthotels around the house, but the garden and pool are not visible from apart hotels because the trees are long and ivy. Although the pool and garden are partially visible from the villa next door, the neighbors almost never went to the balcony or window. The pool was clean and maintained daily. The downstairs was closed. Ms. Oya's mother did not stay there. The house has an energy that makes you feel at home and we were satisfied with our stay.

This is an amazing place with a bathroom in each bedroom it made it so easy for 8 friends to enjoy a holiday together. The pool and patio were great hang-out spots and we had such a great time!

We had the most amazing time, the villa was stunning and we very sad to go home. Pool was great a family of 5 (2 adults 3 children) it was perfect, one side a metre deep and the other 2 metres. Never felt unsafe at property very private and secure. A gardener came most days to water plant and tidy outside. local house management Mehmet was great very easy to get hold of. He bought us the large bottles of water at a cost of Approx 130tl and he does a lovely wine as well at 350tl per bottle. Great location very central to old town. Small shop, butchers & veg shop next door 50 metres, bigger supermarket Migros is still only the next street down. Thurs market 150m down the road. However I must stress Kalkan is built on a hill and even though the old town is 10 min walk down hill walking back it’s tough. Even to the migros can be hard work. If your in the town I would get a taxi for 150tl. Traffic is a bit mad around the place as well. We loved this place 100% recommendations.

Had a fantastic stay, there was 3 couples staying in the villa, everything suited our needs, well situated for shops, bars and restaurants, caught taxis back because of the steep incline. Beautiful views of kalkan bay and mountains from the terrace. Small shop nearby for essentials, with larger supermarkets just down the hill.

Communicative host, easy self check in with good instructions. Comfortable, spacious and clean apartment. Everything we needed (3 adults) including washing machine, dishwasher and all facilities for cooking. Fabulous location and amazing view - layout of the apartment suits best use of the balcony/view and equally quiet and dark bedrooms. Easy walk downhill into town (haha till the walk back up) but all was great. Easy parking at the top of the street. All in all a fabulous stay, big thanks to Hatice

Such a great stay at this villa! The pictures do not do the view justice - absolutely incredible. Oral was so helpful with local recommendations and with answering any questions we had. Would love to book another stay here!

Excellent stay, I have enjoyed a lot and it was even sad to check out. Kitchen is very well equipped, TV, got Netflix on it. 5 mins walk to crowded city center and all the fancy cafes. Up hill on the way back home after, but I am totally fine with 5 minutes exercise like that, for me it was a benefit. Ahmet and Marie are super nice people, I am honored to meet them.

It was a beautiful stay as expected. You may easily prefer this villa if you prefer a calm stay. Everything was as described and shown on details. One minor cons it could be great if it was provided some toiletries like shampoo at least for the first day cause it is not easy to get at that point.

First of all, we would like to thank our hosts Safiye and Apo for their hospitality and good advice about the area from the first moment to the last. The 🌸 house has a magnificent view, as described in the descriptions and seen in the photos, waking up to such a beautiful view every morning was just one of the best parts of our accommodation experience. The house was spotless, the kitchen had all the items that could be needed, the details were thoughtfully thought out and had a perfect decoration. We came with our own car, we did not have any problems with parking, it takes a few minutes by car to get to the bazaar and the sea, and there is also a short route on foot for those without a car. Thank you so much for everything, it is a home that we will definitely want to come back to and I would sincerely recommend it to anyone.

Villa Murat is beautiful. Stunning location. Swims every morning in the sea and evening dips in the pool. Got up early to watch the sun rise.
