The home was exactly as described. Really good location, close to the beach with some lovely restaurants close by. Good place to stay if you want to visit other areas with a direct bus into Perpignan or a 30 min drive. Anna was great, good communication throughout. I would recommend.

Beautiful spacious house, close to shops and local amenities and all within walking distance. Great for a family vacation. This accommodation, the Wi-Fi and the pool which is much larger compared to the photos. Very pleasant and available host who checks in regularly. Awesome, well-equipped villa in a private and safe area with short distance (walking distance) to food shops, restaurants, sandy beach and tennis court. However, it was convenient to have a rental car. All the descriptions matched and met all expectations. Attentive and very friendly host who cared for our enjoyment. Good follow-up in advance and during your stay. Toddlers such as extra towels and linens were fixed quickly and kindly, the host and consiergen gave us great tips on dining and attractions and patiently responded to all our questions. We'd love to come back.

Christine and Pierre-Jean met us on our arrival to show us around their lovely home. they were friendly and relaxed. we were invited to enjoy the home as if it were ours for the week. Pierre-Jean even showed us his outdoor kitchen and firewood for al fresco cooking. They met us again to say goodbye. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The home is located in a quiet and peaceful area, it is very close to the beach and was in pristine condition. It was also very well equipped, whether in the kitchen or bathroom. Finally, the owner was really very kind, very helpful and very understanding. I highly recommend this stay, moreover the price was very affordable compared to everything that was offered.

We had a great week in Collioure. The house is somewhat up the mountainside from the city, and you have good opportunities to relax in and around the house. There are also good hiking opportunities up in the mountains. The house had many zones where you could relax and enjoy the sun and the view down towards the city. The air conditioning also helped keep the temperature in low even on hot days. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and practical. We often made dinner ourselves in the house. The host was also very helpful in making all the equipment, spices and other food available for us. The pool was often used for cooling on hot days. Otherwise it is just a short ride to the center of Collioure or Argeles-sur-Mer to enjoy the beach life and restaurants there. Uber and bolt were reluctant to drive up and one should be able to master some French language to connect with local taxi. Recommend having a car available. On the property there is a peacock, which can get something close. The hosts are very easy to deal with and help with everything.

Beautiful house, perfect for families with kids. We were three families with three children each. Beautiful fenced pool. Lots of toys, football goal, slide, swing, etc. Large super furnished kitchen. Large living space and nice comfortable terrace. We felt very comfortable. Guillaume was very nice and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend

Very responsive and pleasant host, very good communication. Well-equipped accommodation, and very conveniently located, overlooking Le Lydia and the beach. A stone's throw from the Christmas village and superb view of the fireworks from the terrace.

Absolutely amazing villa with fantastic views. Every room was incredible with great furnishings. The outside space was great with several terraces to choose from. We stayed a week, but this didn't feel long enough! You can walk down into the centre of Collioure in about 15 mins, on a mostly flat route. Collioure itself is also recommended!

A wonderful week in laroque. Great villa, fab location/ alms/local cars/shops/eateries all just a few mins walk Ian was really helpful- ringing to check all was ok ( which it was!) Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Nicolas's place. The house is accurate to the description and photos. Nicolas is proactive and has anticipated the slightest of our requests. The neighborhood is nice, the bakery and the lake are within walking distance. All amenities are close (supermarkets, butcher, fishmongers, beach...) Little + Sophie who gave us the keys shared with us the right places and places to visit. We would recommend this listing.

Very good place to stay and we will repeat! If you have to put a but, maybe it would be convenient to be able to get in sooner. 5pm is very late and check out at 10 am a little early. Everything else is fine

Impeccable house, even more beautiful than in photo which is rare. Saturday is a great host, welcoming and available to respond. It is located 15 min from the beach, 30 min from the jonquera and 10 min from a large intermarche. I really recommend the place, it is new and super well located in a subdivision of several other new houses. So it's very quiet

Vanessa and her husband are great, super nice, very attentive. The house is just beautiful. The pool is the same, everything is just great and beautiful and so pleasant, this calm and serenity that reigns. Value for money widely respected.

I rarely leave a review because it's not my habit. But the welcome we had was great, our hosts were more than charming. And I want to report it! As for the place, peaceful, left us in a beautiful haven of peace for us and our dogs. We were able to let them frolic with peace of mind. Thank you again for a refreshing stay and see you soon 😊
