Casa Maresia is located on the north beach in the first row practically on the sea. Its location allows the view and connection with the environment to be a unique experience with the comforts of a modern house and relaxation spaces on the beach. Hot water for the shower, LED lights in all rooms, a refrigerator, and a 220v socket to charge cell phones and small speakers. The house does not include bed linens. We recommend bringing yours or if you need to rent them, please let us know in advance!

The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped and the living room is spacious and bright. You'll also find a wood stove, excellent WIFI connection, and a TV. The patio is private and fully fenced. The street entrance is shared for a few meters with another house, so it is safe, quiet and private.

This is a wooden house with a quintessential Rancho Valicero style. It is a ranch that keeps the air from the Valizas ranches. Rustic and natural but with everything to spend a few beautiful days, feeling comfortable and very close to the beach. Due to the proximity to the beach there is no power, so the light works with a solar panel, and a battery where you can charge your cell phone and tablets if necessary. The house has a grill and shaded place to be outside.
