Very clean apartment, 3 bunk beds where our 3 daughters found their place with enthusiasm (special moment with sisters) who reminded them of good memories. Check-out request at 11:00 am instead of 10:00 am a little last minute, accepted by our hosts in 30 minutes thank you to them! Great proximity to the beach and the waterfront. We'd love to come back!

Listing is true to photos and description. Clean space. The instructions provided by hosts are clear. Communication is seamless. The place is quiet and close to the sea. Only small downside: The smells of piping in the shower room are a little persistent.

Functional house. Very well located for visiting the different landing sites (Bunker, Caen memorial, American Cimetierre, Pegasus Birdge etc ...) The house is a few minutes from the sword beach by car.

A real timeless moment! The house is simply extraordinary, in an incredible setting that invites you to relax and change of scenery. Everything has been thought out to offer an unforgettable stay: comfort, neat decoration and amenities at your disposal. We had a great time and left with wonderful memories. Good value house in the middle of Lion sur Mer. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are super comfortable. There could be a bit more chilling space, the seating area is a bit limited. For us it wasn't a problem as we were lucky with the very un-Normand weather - but if it had been raining a lot and we had had to spend more time inside, it could have been a bit harder, especially for the kids. The whole house overall is a bit on the small-ish side - but then again, everything you need is there. The heating works very well, a bit too well at times - as the house can feel quite cold, it blasts hot air, which is great for not feeling cold, but can feel a bit suffocating. I'm nit picking, clearly, but we had a great time in the house, and would definitely come back for another stay.

Exceptional stay in a house where nothing was missing! Just a short walk to the beach,and close to other major cities,we were able to recharge in a beautiful,peaceful setting and close to the museums and historical sites of the area! Lots of kitchen utensils, comfortable bedding, and a big thank you to Sandrine who we couldn't meet on arrival, but with whom we were still able to communicate via the phone and who was always very responsive. Great location! Well-located for walking into town and enjoying Arromanches. Views were spectacular for sunrise or sunset. House accommodated eight people comfortably - kitchen table was large enough for all to sit and enjoy dinner together. Patio was amazing and steps to beach were a great way to access beach.

I had a great time at David's place. The instructions were very clear, David was very responsive and flexible in the arrival and departure times and always kind in our exchanges. The listing matched the photos and description in every way. The setting and view it offers are extraordinary. I highly recommend renting this apartment for a peaceful and exotic stay, as close as possible to the sea.

Comfortable apartment as described. Private parking. Sea access on foot. Very sunny balcony with nice views not overlooked on the gardens. Comfort bedding and cleanliness ok. Lovely market on Tuesdays and Fridays at a 10 min walk.

Ideal accommodation to visit Cabourg and its surroundings. Located a minute's walk from the waterfront, this studio is perfect for enjoying the Normandy coast. We only took advantage of the place for two nights but we are sure to come back without hesitation. Very friendly welcome and very friendly hosts!
