Bienvenue ! Ce ravissant petit appartement, très lumineux, est situé au cœur du centre historique de Pertuis, dans une impasse calme, aux charmes typiques des villages du Sud de la France. Vous serez à deux pas des rues commerçantes, du cinéma, du théâtre et des parkings. Au pied du Luberon, vous serez tout proche de ses villages animés, vous pourrez visiter Lourmarin et ses rues pittoresques, Cucuron et son étang, Ansouis et son château ... A 15 min d'Aix-en-Provence et 45 min de Marseille.

Studio de 15m2 a proximité de notre habitation mais totalement independant. Il est situé au coeur d'un petit village provençale. A 3 km de Lourmarin et a une demi heure d'Aix en provence. Ce studio vous permettra de vous reposer, teletravailler ou profiter d'un sejour avec votre partenaire, amis, seul ou en famille. attention ⚠️: pour rentrer au parking il faut manœuvrer. Une place de parking est disponible a l'interieur de notre maison pour une voiture de taille moyenne. (308, c3, golf , van.)

Cuisine ouverte sur la pièce principale, salle d’eau avec WC. The Petit Mas is peacefully located 3km out of the hustle and bustle of the picturesque and lively town of Lourmarin with its many restaurants, boutique shops, a weekly Friday Provencal Market and a Farmer's Market on Tuesday evenings. Set against the mountains among vineyards and olive groves in the Luberon Natural Regional Park, it has beautiful views across the valley. The farm is a great location for walking, cycling, lazing about or exploring the rest of Provence.

Between Manosque, Apt, Gordes, 20mn from Aix-en-Provence and the Ste Victoire (Cézanne's landscapes), you will be able to walk, bike, horseback ride, refresh yourself in the nearby ponds/lakes, go to the markets, wine/castles routes.
